OTAL pump with disposable delivery tube made of PE, for single use. In OTAL pumps the medium being transferred comes in contact only with delivery tube. There is a danger with reusable pumps that the liquid being transferred will be contaminated by the pump, especially if the pump is used for different media or containers and it´s not properly cleaned before change. A space-saving container pump is specially designed for single use, thereby completely eliminating time-consuming and cost-intensive cleaning as well as contamination. The delivery tube of the liquid transfer pump is made of a single piece and can easily be shortened to the respective container height using the cutter included with delivery. This offers maximum flexibility and guarantees good emptying of small remaining amounts from the container. The discharge of the delivery tube can also be shortened. The disposable pump is ideal when special purity is important or if cleaning is difficult or not possible at all.

As a by-product from beer brewing, beer yeast literally has what it takes. Just a few carefully selected ingredients, such as hops, malt and water give it a feeding ground when brewing beer. The result is a natural, complex combination of nutrients that is important for the entire organism. Beer yeast has particularly proven itself in maintaining a beautiful, clean skin. Each tablet contains 500 mg beer yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae).

This cleaning chamber has a special design, because the needed opening mechanism are integrated into the cleaning process. As a rule, it’s not possible to trigger containment by dismantling the double valve halves in front of the wash chamber. Thus this step must take place within the enclosed chamber. Cleaning media and drying air are fed from the underside through the opened double valve of the interior of the container. The SERVOLIFT cleaning station ensures optimal internal container cleaning in a fully automated process. This is based on a 4x washing program, which provides reproducible wash cycles combined with user- and recipe management.
