OTAL pump with disposable delivery tube made of PE, for single use. In OTAL pumps the medium being transferred comes in contact only with delivery tube. There is a danger with reusable pumps that the liquid being transferred will be contaminated by the pump, especially if the pump is used for different media or containers and it´s not properly cleaned before change. A space-saving container pump is specially designed for single use, thereby completely eliminating time-consuming and cost-intensive cleaning as well as contamination. The delivery tube of the liquid transfer pump is made of a single piece and can easily be shortened to the respective container height using the cutter included with delivery. This offers maximum flexibility and guarantees good emptying of small remaining amounts from the container. The discharge of the delivery tube can also be shortened. The disposable pump is ideal when special purity is important or if cleaning is difficult or not possible at all.

The highpressure pumps of the 2series with operating pressures up to 750 bar and volumetric flow rates up to around 230 l/min are ideal for cleaning pipes and tube bundles, containers and containers.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. Our recylcing machinery can process multiple types of thermoplastic polymers in diverse forms. Important is that the waste is clean, contains one polymer only and is thermoplastic. Our largest polymer is PVC. About 60% of the processed plastic waste is rigid or soft PVC. The reaming 30% are mainly PP and HDPE but also LDPE and multiple engineering grade polymers. Our oil reservoir cleaning system M 504 has the capacity of cleaning large oil containers like large tanks and reservoirs, and to store enormous amounts of water and dirt. The M 504 consists of 4 large C-1200 housings and achieves a flow of nearly 300 liter per minute.
