Pressteck is one of the world's leading specialists for deep-drawn individual parts on transfer presses and their processing into assemblies. In this non-cutting tension-pressure process, we produce hollow parts from a metal strip in several stages, which can be aluminium, stainless steel, copper or brass, among others. Compared to other processes, deep drawing has decisive advantages: Material consumption and production costs are lower, and at the same time the strength of the components is higher. We are highly innovative and optimise deep drawing technology beyond what is currently possible. We manufacture your individual component from coiled sheet metal and master demanding geometries and high degrees of forming.

Depending on the medication and the propellant (CFC or HFA), different materials are used. We produce our containers from aluminium and stainless steel. While stainless steel containers are usually used uncoated, aluminium containers can also be offered in a coated version. Our containers are used as primary packaging for the administration of aerosol medication by inhaler. Patients worldwide use MDI (metered-dose inhalers) to treat respiratory diseases such as asthma and COPD.

The sampling bag SteriBag Cleanroom with double packaging can be placed directly in the clean room. 25 sample bags are placed in double secondary packaging. They can be removed one after the other and are therefore ideally suited for introducing into the clean room. Then the sterile bags can be used directly in the clean room. SteriBag Cleanroom is sterile inside and outside. This guarantees contamination-free storage and transport of solid, semi-solid and liquid media. The sample bag is perfect for use in chemical and pharmaceutical applications. The disposable sample bag has a labelling field, saves space and is also easy to transport. The large bag opening makes it easy to pour in the sample.

For precise measuring, excess medium is stripped off the upper edge of the spoon. The content volume is engraved on the handle. The flat front edge of the volumetric spoon is ideal for picking up medium from the bottom of the container or for getting into the corners of the container, thus allowing for good emptying of small remaining amounts. The flat base makes it possible to set the volumetric spoon down without spilling the content. The disposable dosing spoon is suitable for use as a sample spoon for taking small sample quantities.

With the DELPHIN, the polluted air is led into the water right at the beginning, whereby dust and pollutants are bound directly in the water. The click lamella creates an intense water vortex and is also a further cleaning stage. This system works so efficiently that it even binds fine dust and coronaviruses safely in the water. The water is simply thrown away after use. Due to the special construction of the DELPHIN DP S8, absolutely without filters, foams or sound insulation mats, the self-drying function can ensure a long service life. You can place the DELPHIN in the room as an air purification device. Or you can use the DELPHIN to clean floors and furniture.
