With the procedure ”Mark-on-the-fly”, deployed in the MOF-PROMO HP, all kind of closures, made of most diverse materials, can rapidly be decorated with high precision inside, outside and on the sides. Through the compact design, the user-friendly equipment allows a problem-free integration as inline-variant in existing production lines for closures of all kinds. The laser system is available, depending on the type of application, as MOF-PROMO HP or MOF-PROMO HP 200 Fiber Laser.

The CLICHE LASER Xi is equipped with state-of-the-art laser technology. Perfectly matched to the needs of pad printing, the direct imaging of high-resolution pad printing clichés takes place. The CLICHE LASER Xi has a cliché support table on which the clichés are fixed using T-slots. This allows an absolute positioning accuracy of the print image on the cliché. Due to the flat bed construction and the compact design of the machine, the set-up times in the laser system are massively reduced. In addition, the laser is low-vibration and this enables high engraving precision. A check of the diode power before imaging and, if necessary, calibration of the laser ensures a constant imaging quality. With the CLICHE LASER Xi not only all TAMPOPRINT INTAGLIO laser clichés can be produced at low cost, but also cliché formats of other manufacturers.

TAMPOPRINT offers you this cliché production station (bench top unit) at a top price-performance ratio. By updating this model the laser beam source was improved and the import functions were extended. The production of a laser engraved Aloxid-special cliché with the CLICHE LASER PLUS is the most economic laser engraved cliché production on the market and clearly superior to the laser plotter systems with regard to precision and speed. Software: Predefined parameters for the different cliché types that were exclusively developed by TAMPOPRINT. Generation and handling of data that can be laser engraved. Software ALFALAS® Laser Suite pre-installed.

When it comes to laser marking, the following types of marking are essentially differentiated: • temper colour: in the case of stainless steels and titanium, oxygen storage in the surface, • white engraving, • deep engraving, • Color removal e.g. of anodized layers for aluminum, • Color change of plastics (usually additives required in the plastic), • foaming of plastics, • ... The advantages of laser marking are on the one hand: • longevity, • Biocompatible for and in medical technology. In addition, laser inscription is: • individually designed, • space-saving thanks to data matrix code, • consecutive numbering can be generated (serial number, date of manufacture, ...), • cheap, as e.g. there are no mask costs compared to pad printing.
