If you want to build a twoflow exhaust system, you need a Y pipe. There are Y pipes with three equal pipe diameters or as Y reducers.

Universal solution when different hose diameters have to be welded together. These step connectors are mostly used for accessory exhaust systems with larger diameters.

We produce expansion joints for all industrial sectors to take up vibrations, for noise absorption, or to compensate distortion by axial, lateral or angular movements. Our expansion joints are available in various versions and numerous elastomers variants in inner diameters from 25 mm to 1600 mm. Penstocks are used to discharge the headwater from a reservoir. Due to thermal and dynamic effects on the pipelines which are usually run underground in the mountain, compensation for expansion is necessary. By fitting an expansion joint, slow creep movements, eccentricity, dilation and also pipe misalignment can be reliably absorbed. The MANOY® system seal WP, type 436, was specially developed for leakagefree operation of an expansion joint.

SHORTENED CHANGEOVER PROCESS In modern production processes, factors such as efficiency and flexibility play an increasingly important role. For injection moulding companies, this demand for flexibility means there is a constant challenge posed by increasingly smaller lot sizes, the desire to achieve lower inventories and just-in-time deliveries.

In the area of elastomer technology, the Zimmer Group uses the most modern production processes to manufacture sophisticated workpieces from elastomers. In addition to the transfer molding process, in which the elastomer is placed in a mold, pressed into shape with a die and vulcanized under pressure and heat, we also use the injection transfer molding process. Here, the starting materials are pressed into the mold on an injection molding machine and vulcanize out there. With these two processes, we process a wide range of elastomers such as NBR, silicone, EPDM, FPM or polyurethane. In terms of quantities as well as dimensions, the sky's the limit, because we can manufacture almost any quantity required, from special solutions in quantities of one to medium-sized small batches and large series of more than 10,000 units.
