Rotary tables with direct drive series RT3 The rotary tables with direct drive are available in different types: RT3A100x100, RT3A100x155, RT3A080x130, RT3A150x100, RT3A150x130, RT3A250x170, RT3A200x060 und RT3G630x225 Rotary tables RT3G630 – high dynamics, high precision, high loading capacity This direct driven rotary table RT3G630 has particularly been developed for machine tool industry and assembly machines. It is characterised by its high precision, highdynamics and its high loading capacity. The rotary table is driven by a permanently excited 3-phase synchronous motor. The rotary plate and the housing are made of gray cast iron.

The RA line descripes a roller beared slide in a special sealed version. The standard type is equipped with a gap seal (approx. 0.5 mm). Special types with felt or nylon scrapers are possible, too. The SVS wheel series is primarily used for heavy duty applications requiring extremely high load capacities of up to 15,000 kg. They are typically used in machine and systems engineering. Their resistance to a wide range of aggressive substances also makes them suitable for use in applications which require resistance to chipping and oil. Despite their exceptional load capacities, only minimal effort is required on smooth surfaces to move transport units with SVS castors. The rugged grey cast iron series is extremely wear-resistant and is also capable of withstanding temperatures of between -25°C and 120°C.

easy drive® track timing belts can be made from the complete range of polyurethane and neoprene timing belts: in open lengths, endless welded, for form belts, endless Flex or wide timing belts, in almost any length and width. The directional guiding, with groove in tooth, is either already integrated in the timing belt during production or added later. These timing belts exhibit the same properties as standard timing belts. However, in addition, axial movement is prevented and the zero-play guiding leads to high directional stability.
