Analysing the gas quality in the gas network is essential to monitor technical specifications and ensure correct billing. The GasPro is a mobile gas sampler, with which cyclic sampling can be carried out easily and flexibly at any point from dry gas networks. The samples are collected in a sample cylinder in the GasPro and can then be analysed in a laboratory. The GasPro allows the separation of sampling and sample analysis and is therefore more cost effective and flexible than for example fixed installed gas chromatographs.

With the very simple operation and the generated and saved measurement protocol, the documentation can be created quickly and completely reproduced. It is possible to save the measurement data in the device and to print it out again later. No tracer gas nor a second measuring device are required for use. The internal battery, the 230V charger or the 12V vehicle voltage can be used for the energy supply. All included in a complete set. Ethane is always contained in natural gas; evidence of this gas is also evidence of natural gas. A lengthy gas analysis is normally required to prove beyond any doubt that the measured gas concentration is actually natural gas and not swamp gas. This, also due to the sampling, a difficult and time- consuming process, is completely eliminated. Measurement and sampling directly at the borehole is easily possible. The printout can take place after the measurement.

TURBOFILL has been developed exclusively for 1hole gas fill technology whcich is dilution filling. A special triplex probe combines argon fill, air suction and pressure sensing. It guarrantees as much turbulences as possible to replace the air with argon. At the same time it removes the air so that the internal pressure stays at a very low level to prevent the IG unit from bending. As soon as the adjusted concentration is measured the machine stops automatically. Equipped with 4 stations TURBOFILL realises up to 2000 IG units per day1).
