RSV pipe cutting devices Our mobile pipe cutting devices enable the simultaneous cutting and beveling of steel pipes. Thanks to the quick-clamping device, they can be fixed in any position, offering maximum flexibility and efficiency. The cutting torch can be rotated by 45°, adjusted in height and sideways and can optionally be motorized. Hand-held flame cutting machines ZINSER's mobile hand-held flame cutting machines are designed for daily use. They offer precise and reliable cuts with maximum user-friendliness. FXE TTO lifting magnet trusses are used to remove large areas from laser or flame cutting tables. Parts from 100x100mm are removed from the table in their entire layer. Depending on the material thickness, whole sheets can also be placed with the FXE-TTO. The design of the system depends on the sheet format to be moved (uncut, LxWxH) and the dimension of the smallest blank.

FXE-M electro-permanent load lifting magnet modules can be combined with MCF control units to form modular load lifting systems. For example, a single FXE-M module with an MCF 1-channel control unit can be used on the crane of a flame-cutting machine, or 4 FXE-M modules, controlled together or individually by an MCF 4-channel control unit, can operate in a fully automatic sectional steel plant. In use on cranes, manipulators, conveyors and robots, FXE-M modules have proven themselves thousands of times over. FXE-M modules are manufactured using monoblock technology and are extremely stable. As with the other products in the FXE series, a choice can be made between different pole types in order to use the appropriate magnet module depending on the load, dimensions and surface.

Permanent magnet transporters are used where switchable lifting magnets cannot be used due to insufficient material thickness. They are suitable for thin sheets from 2 mm and are less expensive than lifting magnets, but must be separated from the workpiece under tension by means of a forcing-off device. They are suitable for use in sheet metal storage, on flame or laser cutting equipment, on shears or punching machines, and in steel and container construction. Magnetic transporters of types SH and MK are not compatible with the latest European standard for lifting magnets. We recommend their use only in protected areas.
