The DE 406 EX KERSTEN neXt® discharge electrode is a highly stable universal electrode for a variety of applications in ATEX zones. It is used for surface discharging a variety of materials. The mechanically stable aluminium profile design renders it suitable for longer self-supporting distances, which is why it is used mainly in physically large applications. The DR 206 discharge row offers air supported separation of materials, such as sheets in offset printing. The discharge row comprises several discharge nozzles mounted to slide on a carrier pipe. The air supply is centrally adjustable by the operator and each nozzle is also individually adjustable.

The DD 206 and DD 206 (A) discharging nozzles are flow-optimised. A greater electrostatic discharge reach and cleaning effect on the material to be discharged may be achieved with the additional support of compressed air. Air connection is provided via a G1/4” female thread.

The smallest from the house of KERSTEN. Through the electrode's extremely small design and because it has the smallest cross section on the market, the DE 106 is suited for the smallest of application spaces.

The DE 206 is our most popular discharging electrode. It ensures the effective elimination of existing static charge on different materials and optimizes your processes.

The DK 106 discharge head in the KERSTEN neXt® product family serves to eliminate electrostatic charge on a variety of materials. It is generally used where a variable position is necessary in addition to high discharge performance. Its small design allows installation in confined spaces.

The charging electrodes CE 103L, with GFP profiles, are used for the surface charging of different materials. A greater operating distance can be achieved through the air assistance. A supply voltage of ±30kV should not be exceeded. Attachment of the charging electrode is carried out via a T-Slot. So, they can be mounted anywhere.

The discharging head DK 206 of the KERSTEN neXt® product family eliminates electrostatic charges on a wide variety of materials. .

The DN 102 power supply in the KERSTEN neXt® product family is the control station for your discharge system. It supplies and controls up to 5 high voltage generators in the KERSTEN neXt® range and also offers you connection and control of a solenoid valve or AK 1x6 compressor controller. Floating contacts are provided for error and enabling signals. The current operational status of each function is signalled via 9 LEDs in the enclosure lid.

The DP 106 discharge gun in the KERSTEN neXt® product family is ideally suited for manual discharge of substrates and to blow off dirt. It features a bundled circular air discharge. The flow-optimised and low noise blowing nozzle allows all materials to be discharged optimally and with high efficiency, even at low pressure.

The charging electrodes CE 103, with GFP profiles, are used for the surface charging of different materials. A supply voltage of ±30kV should not be exceeded. Attachment of the charging electrode is carried out via a T-Slot. So, they can be mounted anywhere.

The DV 106 high-voltage Distributor serves as a link between the generator and discharge components. The system can be expanded due to its additional slots.
