Our mid range frequency converters are delivering up to 250 kW output at frequencies down to 4 kHz. For high frequencies up to 2 MHz we have our high frequency converter series HU.

Our high frequency converters are providing frequencies of up to 2 MHz at up to 200 kW output. For lower frequencies down to 4 kHz we have our mid range frequency converter series MU.

Weber offers converters for all common frequencies (20 to 35 kHz) and power requirements (200 to 5,000 W). These converters are especially durable due to the Titanium-Aluminum alloy. Available as planar type together with matching booster or for direct Sonotrode attachment.

The 9206 USB sensor interface series is ideally suited to Notebook-based mobile use for high-precision, traceable calibration jobs that must be performed on-site for equipment such as presses, torque measurement facilities and pressure control systems. A factory calibration certificate or German-accredited DAkkS calibration certificate can optionally be provided for the USB interface plus relevant sensors, ensuring compliance even with the stringent traceability requirements of quality assurance standards. Flange converters are available for all common frequencies (20 to 35 kHz) and power requirements (200 to 5,000 W). They are designed to keep weight at a minimum and their standardized quick disconnect allows for easy and fast integration with robot applications.

Hotdip galvanized steel mounting kit for Rec15/25 frontal and lateral pole installation. Mounting kit is applicable for all types of wooden, concrete or metal single poles and Hpole structures. Kit could include accessories for control cubicle pole mounting and up to two voltage transformers installation.

Protection The recloser protects against overcurrent, earth faults, over and undervoltage, over and underfrequency, current and voltage imbalances and many other problems. Measurements The recloser can measure phase, neutral and sequence currents, phasetophase and sequence voltages and threephase active and reactive power and energy. Key measurement data can be logged. Communications The control cubicle has various communication interfaces and can be connected with any third party modem via RS232/RS485 or the Ethernet using various communication protocols, including Modbus, DNP3 and IEC104. Monitoring Highly comprehensive, remotely accessible separate log files for load and fault profiles, events, malfunctions, lifetime and change messages.

Air insulated switching module incorporates a Tavrida Electric vacuum circuit breaker with a per phase actuator, housed in a corrosion resistant tank. Six main circuit bushings, made from UVstable polymer, are covered with silicone rubber bushing boots. Each bushing has builtin current and voltage sensors for protection, measurement and indication purposes. The outdoor switching module is equipped with six, high voltage bushings with embedded current and voltage sensors. Current sensing is performed by Rogowski coil sensors. Capacitive sensors are used for voltage measurement in all six bushings. Tavrida Electric manufactures small vacuum interrupters with extremely long mechanical and electrical lifespans. A specially designed axial magnetic field distribution provides even current density over the contact surface and significantly improves the vacuum's interrupting performance.

Challenge To execute a pilot project at the Energisa distribution network operator in Brazil within a tight time frame. The customer needed to install 23 kV outdoor circuit breakers with protection at a newly erected substation. Solution Tavrida Electric supplied the Rec25 with substation mounting kit to meet the deadline and satisfy the customer’s requirements in terms of protection. The mounting kit was subjected to comprehensive mechanical tests including overweighting, wind load and seismic impact with successful results.

Tavrida Electric recloser can be used to quickly build costeffective unmanned structure mounted outdoor substation. Provides full protection and automation functionality required at the substation.

Radial line recloser When a recloser is installed on a radial feeder it automatically clears transient faults and isolates permanent faults. More than one recloser can be installed on a feeder to isolate faults selectively and ensure fewer customers are affected. Loop recloser A loop recloser further improves the reliability of a power supply by automatically reconfiguring a network in the event of a failure.

Sophisticated control and protection Tavrida Electric reclosers provide protection from various faults, including short circuits, earth faults, high impedance earth faults, broken wires, islanding, incorrect tap changer operations, network overload and over or undergeneration. Embedded RTU and metering ensures the reclosers are SCADAready with no additional expenses. TELARM® Dispatcher and DualSCADA TELARM® Dispatcher is proprietary remote control and monitoring system that works as a standalone SCADA and/or in parallel with an existing SCADA system, acting as a backup method of controlling and monitoring reclosers. TELARM® Dispatcher offers a number of features not available with most conventional SCADA systems, such as remote access to system logs, fault and load profiles and the remote control of protection settings. With maintenancefree design rated to perform 30,000 open and close operations, Tavrida Electric reclosers keep expenses to a minimum over their entire lifespan.

Continuous selfsupervision. Vacuum circuit breakers equipped with the CM16 control module continuously monitors control, switching modules, functional wiring and auxiliary power supply quality. CM16 eliminates the necessity of additional trip and close coils, charging mechanisms and all related wiring supervision. The whole trip and close circuit supervision comes in single package with any Tavrida Electric VCB. CM16 allows the user to forget about scheduled trip and close wiring inspections as in the event of malfunction corresponding notification will be sent to the operator using one of the inbuilt output relays and indicated by inbuilt in CM LEDs. Low power consumption. Vacuum circuit breakers equipped with the CM16 control module need less than 42 W in charging mode – just 10% of what the best alternatives available on the market need!

Tavrida Electric manufactures small, compact vacuum interrupters with an extraordinarily long mechanical and electrical lifespan. A specially designed axial magnetic field distribution provides an even current density over the contact surface, substantially improving the vacuum interrupting performance. Vacuum interrupter contacts have unique design, based on the mixture of copper and chromium metals and various dopants, to ensure long electrical life of contacts, low contacts resistance and chopping current. The patented, supercompact actuator design allows the circuit breaker to be installed directly underneath each pole. The design is optimal in terms of reliability, dimensions, weight and ease of installation. A spring charged by the magnetic actuator during the closing of the circuit breaker ensures main contacts pressure is maintained. The spring is integrated in the actuator and does not require any maintenance during the circuit breaker's lifetime.

Tavrida Electric has revolutionised circuit breaker design by developing a new generation of circuit breakers and controls with exceptionally fast opening, closing and response times. Opening and closing times are as low as 12 and 24 ms, respectively. This enables Fast transfer switches with transfer times as fast as 2 cycles. Such quick operational times allows very sensitive loads to operate without interruption in case of a main power source loss. The fast transfer switch solution eliminates costly downtime, reduces production equipment stress, ensures quick return on investment. Arc flash mitigation with interruption in one period.
