The new strain gage amplifier with IO-Link interface enables digitalization of the measurement technology right from the sensor. Its compact design and high degree of protection allow the instrumentation amplifier to be used practically anywhere in the field. Strain gage sensors typically have an output voltage of a few millivolts. In industrial environments, e.g. in the vicinity of electric motors or frequency converters, interference can affect the measurement result when transmitting analog signals. This is reliably avoided using the new strain gage amplifier with IO-Link interface. The analog link between the sensor and instrumentation amplifier is kept as short as possible, the standardized IO-Link communication is fully digital and interference-free. The amplifier is powered directly via the IO-Link interface – a standardized 5-wire cable with M12 socket. Strain gage sensors can be connected via a 4-pin M8 connector.

With its rugged housing and a stainless steel sensor element, the transducer is particularly robust and ideally suited to the harshest environments. This also means that the sensor can be installed anywhere with no effect on the measurement signal. The built-in instrumentation amplifier converts the sensor signals into noise-immune voltage signals or current signals that can be transmitted over relatively long distances. For high viscose materials, a front-level membrane M12 x 1 is available, and with this disruptive dead volumes can be expelled. The sensor has a small protected hole on the rear to allow measurement of atmospheric pressure (measurement type relative). For the absolute measurement option, the applied pressure is measured with respect to an enclosed vacuum. As an electrical connection, a DIN 43650A valve connector or an M12 x 1, 4-pin connection is available.

TYP C 043/B Cutting, stamping and bending device for axial components Description To facilitate the placement of short axial leaded components that must be cut before insertion into the circuit board to the appropriate length and bent to the required height and - if necessary - marked. This axial taped components are processed in high- components. The machine type C 043 / B can be adjusted using the adjustment spindles cutting length and the embossing position. The setting is displayed on the relevant scale of the device. Optionally can be monitored through a digital display setting. The embossing tool is specifically for connecting pins and is manufactured according to customer requirement. The machine can be upgraded for the various tools. The taped components are fed into the machine and processed automatically. The transport speed is infinitely variable. The tool change for other forms of bending takes about 5 minutes. Components
