The T3 system combines smooth operation, low noise, simple assembly, and economy. The side bands, which snap together, replace a conventional pin and bore connection and prevent relative movements between the joints giving extremely low wear. This means virtually no wear or abrasion (cleanroom). The t-band's geometry means that hardly any polygon effect is generated when the energy chain is placed. The t-band therefore rolls in a very smooth arc, giving extremely low vibration and noise. In order to reduce the manufacturing and installation costs, the t-band is not mounted individually, but – much like the E3 system – in an eight-link length. Due to its low mass, the t-band is suitable for applications with low fill weights and short strokes combined with high speeds and accelerations.

The new strain gage amplifier with IO-Link interface enables digitalization of the measurement technology right from the sensor. Its compact design and high degree of protection allow the instrumentation amplifier to be used practically anywhere in the field. Strain gage sensors typically have an output voltage of a few millivolts. In industrial environments, e.g. in the vicinity of electric motors or frequency converters, interference can affect the measurement result when transmitting analog signals. This is reliably avoided using the new strain gage amplifier with IO-Link interface. The analog link between the sensor and instrumentation amplifier is kept as short as possible, the standardized IO-Link communication is fully digital and interference-free. The amplifier is powered directly via the IO-Link interface – a standardized 5-wire cable with M12 socket. Strain gage sensors can be connected via a 4-pin M8 connector.

The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1007 series are synchronized cylinders with pivot pins for robust, high-frequency use in general mechanical engineering. The cylinder is connected via a pivot pin ring, which can be variably screwed to the cylinder tube, and a threaded neck on the piston rod, which is designed for rod ends according to DIN24338 / ISO6982. There are also connection bores for pipe connections according to BSPP ISO 1179-2. Hub and piston rod overhang are variably selectable. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525.
