The KS Twin Gear helical bevel gearbox is a high performance and precision gearbox. This two-stage gearbox available in ratios up to 75:1 is very space-efficient and suits an array of applications. While the conventional drives are dependent on an external controller unit, for the compact drives no additional controller is needed. The complete electrical parts, including the drive controller and encoder, are integrated on the motor board. Programming is done via standard PC using free software. The operation can be done without a PC, the created driving programs are stored in the compact drive and can be accessed via a separate input. The compact MEMDOS SMART LK stepper motor pump combines the size advantages of a solenoid diaphragm dosing pump with the precision of a motorised diaphragm dosing pump. This versatile pump is available in five different performance ranges, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications. The fully variable drive of the MEMDOS SMART LK enables infinitely variable adjustment of the stroke frequency, ensuring precise control of the dosing performance. An outstanding feature of the MEMDOS SMART LK is the ability to reduce the suction speed in two stages. This function makes dosing viscous media considerably easier and increases the precision of the dosing.

This pump is available in five performance ranges, making it suitable for different applications. The drive of the MEMDOS SMART LP is fully controllable, which allows the stroke frequency to be continuously adjusted and thus ensures precise dosing. The ability to integrate the pump into sophisticated automation networks is particularly noteworthy. A version with an Ethernet-based MODBUS interface is available for this purpose, allowing seamless communication and control within modern industrial systems.
