Our compact asynchronous motors are distinguished by high torques in combination with a small size. They are highly dynamic with a low inertial moment, with a proven design as well as electromagnetically compatible for optimal, compact performance levels. We develop our compact asynchronous motors specially as speed-controlled drivers and for a supply from frequency converters. They also consist of a flexible platform system and can be adapted to specific customer requirements. The housing is angular and jacketless. Being ventilated by a separately driven fan, the motors can constantly deliver the full torque over the entire speed range. The optimised control behaviour with converter operation means that these machines can replace DC machines.

IKO Nano Linear NT is a compact linear motor table with excellent functionalities, such as a magnet and optical linear encoder scale in the steel moving table part, and a stator coil and an optical linear encoder head in the steel bed. For the table guiding parts, the adoption of CLube Linear Way ML, which realizes long term maintenance free use, helps reduce the maintenance work. Despite its very small body, the rotator exerts a maximum thrust of 36N by adopting a highperformance neodymium magnet, enabling highspeed, highly responsive positioning. While the conventional drives are dependent on an external controller unit, for the compact drives no additional controller is needed. The complete electrical parts, including the drive controller and encoder, are integrated on the motor board. Programming is done via standard PC using free software. The operation can be done without a PC, the created driving programs are stored in the compact drive and can be accessed via a separate input. The compact MEMDOS SMART LP stepper motor pump combines the size advantages of a solenoid diaphragm dosing pump with the precision of a motorised diaphragm dosing pump.
