SPIROL offers Spacers specifically designed for use in conveyor systems and garage door hinge assemblies. Both SPIROL's Conveyor Spacers and Garage Door Spacers are manufactured from galvanised steel to provide the necessary strength and corrosion protection at a fraction of the cost of plated cutoff tubing and machined bushings. SPIROL stocks the raw material and tooling required to manufacture the standard sizes of Conveyor Spacers and Garage Door Spacers. Intermediate lengths can be produced without additional tooling.

f your application requirements cannot be met by a standard SPIROL Spacer, our Application Engineering department will assist you in designing a tubular part that meets your specific needs. SPIROL specializes in replacing costly machined and cold-formed components with less expensive roll-formed product. SPIROL’s proprietary manufacturing technology enables the cost-effective production of special tubular products that meet the performance requirements of the comparatively more expensive alternatives.

With the unique extrusion process, ALUnna has the capability to produce continuous lengths of extruded profiles. Unlike the conventional extrusion process, the continuous extrusion process does not use billets. Instead, raw material is fed into the process from a coil. This process is especially useful for the production of small extrusion profiles used as spacer bars in alloys EN AW-1050A / 1350A or EN AW-3103/3003. If necessary, there is an option to apply a draw pass to the spacer bar profile using an in-line Schumag continuous drawing machine in order to achieve the final dimension and the most demanding of tolerances.
