Costconscious use of resources Every year in Germany, several million refrigeratorsare disposed of . With this enormous volume, refrigerators are certainly counted among the most important recycling products. After removing the chlorofluorocarbons, in a second step the housings are broken down into their individual components – iron, aluminium, copper and plastics. These are then made available again to industry as secondary raw materials. We equip our clients with extremely tough and hardwearing shredder disks and thus contribute to costconscious handling of resources.

With the unique extrusion process, ALUnna has the capability to produce continuous lengths of extruded profiles. Unlike the conventional extrusion process, the continuous extrusion process does not use billets. Instead, raw material is fed into the process from a coil. This process is especially useful for the production of small extrusion profiles used as spacer bars in alloys EN AW-1050A / 1350A or EN AW-3103/3003. If necessary, there is an option to apply a draw pass to the spacer bar profile using an in-line Schumag continuous drawing machine in order to achieve the final dimension and the most demanding of tolerances.

The ideal aid for laying paving on a gravel bed. Extra-large bearing surface for better slab stability (solid version). For footfall sound insulation and decoupling or as a low-height standalone slab support (rubber-coated version).

The piping system consists of high-grade NiroSan® press fittings with an EPDM (=ethylene propylene dien rubber) moulded sealing ring and NiroSan® stainless steel system pipes according to EN 10312. All NiroSan® press fittings are made from the premium stainless steel type 1.4404 / AISI 316L (for pressing components) and 1.4408 (for precision cast threaded stainless steel components). The material 1.4404 contains at least 2.3 % molybdenum, yet less carbon than the conventional type 1.4401. Thereby these materials are not only of equal value but in addition, material 1.4404 / 316L stands out on account of its considerably higher corrosion resistance. The NiroSan® press system and its components are certified in accordance with the rules and regulations of all important European certification bodies.
