This protective sleeve sits firmly on the lifting strap and therefore stays in its position when the lifting strap is in contact with the load. The contact side is coated with secutex which is extremely tearresistant and reduces the formation of creases in the textile strap. The reverse side is coated with Powerflex and protected against abrasion and penetrating dirt. The very flat form and resistance to bending in a longitudinal direction make it simple to insert the SFXequipped strap into small gaps. The firm grip prevents unintentional slipping.

The Clipon sleeve easyClip [ESC] can be quickly mounted thanks to mounting slots on the backside. On a case to case basis, it is preferably used in places where round slings or protective sleeves are required. Important The clipon sleeve easyClip [ESC] offers simple handling and quick setup times. The secutex protective layer can be placed softly and flexibly on the load, increasing the radius on critical edges. Leverage force can be extensively distributed and the load remains undamaged.

Elastomer sleeves are available on request for Franke LSA slim bearings. They are used for tolerance compensation and for vibration decoupling. The smooth running can be significantly increased by an elastomer sleeve. Elastomer sleeves for the LSA 6/8 also offer additional sealing of the bearing due to the overlapping of the edges. Elastomer sleeves for Franke slim bearings are available from stock. They can be ordered when you buy a slim bearing and are then included in the delivery. For series production, elastomer sleeves are available by the meter for self-cutting. We recommend gluing the ends with cyanoacrylate glue (e.g. Loctite 406). The use of the elastomer sleeve slightly reduces the stiffness and accuracy of the bearing. The basic static load rating of the bearing also decreases slightly. With the help of our sleeve labels or shrinking labels your packaging becomes an eyecatcher. Glasses, bottles, cans – no matter how your packaging is formed – with our sleeve labels your products are presented with higher value and are detected better by your customers – good for your sales! The tube-alike sleeve labels are pulled over the packaging and are shrinked onto it by heat. Hereby the foil nestles tightly against nearly all shapes – without adding any glues and without making any rubbish. Bentley-Harris® Textalu 1202 is an insulative fiberglass sleeving with a heavy aluminum coating designed to protect components in high temperature areas. It provides superior insulation to components that must maintain stable temperatures to assure performance efficiency. Textalu 1202 is used on wire harnesses, sensor control wiring and cable assemblies in close proximity to engines and exhaust systems. Due to its elastic structure, Textalu 1202 conforms well to the variable profiles of the components it protects. Its braided construction allows good flexibility in temperatures as low as -50°C. The infra-red emissivity rating of Textalu 1202 heavy aluminum coating, combined with its fiberglass braid, ensures temperature stability inside the Textalu sleeving despite frequent external temperature fluctuations due to radiant heat.

TEXTALU® E is a thin wall glass fibre braid made of glass fibres with heat-reflecting aluminium coating. Its reflecting surface guarantees that the protective sleeve made of this high-performance material maintains a nearly constant interior temperature even under strongly fluctuating ambient temperatures. This non-ductile braid sleeve is ideal for protecting lines, cables and cable sets against radiation heat.

The secutex chain sleeve protects the chain (sandblasting) and the slinger. The protective hose is not well suited for the intensive use and transport of sharpedged parts due to the high surface pressure and the lack of reinforcement. Please note The chain hoses are designed for chains of quality class 8 that conform to standards.

When lifting machinery components, there are always edges and surfaces which are insufficiently protected by regular edgeprotectors and protective sleeves. Textile load lifting accessories cannot always be used, as the cables or chains being used press against the load with extreme pressure. Damage to the often expensive and highlymachined components is often unavoidable and the edges must be reworked at great cost. The secuPad is DIN A4 size and can easily be placed at critical locations by hand. It consists of multiple textile layers joined together on every side. It adapts flexibly even to difficult contours. The surface is coated in Powerflex and protected against abrasion and the penetration of shavings and lubricants.

While the stiffness of regular protective sleeves often makes lifting easier, it can be rather uncomfortable when handling smallersized loads. Small gaps and limited contact areas make handling the stiff protective sleeve more difficult in this situation. The secutex “veloxClip“ is made with a slit along the reverse side. This makes it very flexible in the bending direction. In the longitudinal direction, on the other hand, the protective sleeve keeps its valued properties and remains stiff. This makes it a very simpletouse alternative when lifting loads with more limited contact areas. It is easy to insert through lower gaps and adapts flexibly to loads during lifting.

The Powerflex protective sleeve helps to effectively increase the friction values of smooth surfaces or to protect the lifting strap against rough surfaces. The particularlyrobust Powerflex penetrates deep into the fibres and also protects the protective sleeve against the penetration of fluids or dirt particles.

Characteristics of our HotMicroCoils with reflection tube are easy mounting and variable heat distribution. Because of its direct touch and toleranced fit, the sleeve coil heater allows a very good heat transmission to the nozzle. In all our HotMicroCoil heaters with reflection sleeve the assembly of a thermocouple is possible and recommended for bigger diameters and power.

Sleever wrappers operate with an upper and a lower film and are ideal in quickly providing heavy, large products with a safe protective packaging and/or transit packaging. Our robust sleeve wrappers are perfectly accessible from both sides. The lateral film unwinding units enable a quick and user-friendly roll change. As the product's sides remain open, film use is minimised. As an option, the BP 800 features an ultrasonic height detection system, enabling Hugo Beck's flexible banderoling machines to wrap products with a width of up to 800 mm and a height of up to 400 mm in film. In addition to our standard sleeve wrappers, special banderoling machines for special applications such as the stretch-banding of carton blanks are also part of the Hugo Beck portfolio.
