Dial Indicating Torque Wrenches Basic direct reading torque wrench. Wide range, high accuracy, lightweight, easy-to-read large scale, suitable for inspection. DBE-S series have a convenient memory pointer giving peak readings. Since the dial can be rotated, the pointer can be set to the desired torque first, and complete tightening is achieved when the pointer indicates "0". The dial indicator has a full-surround protective cover to prevent damage to external objects (except DB420N, and DBE series). DBE accuracy is consistent regardless of where the hand is placed. High precision Torque Gauge Suitable for fine torque measurements required in inspection, research and assembly of small parts, such as precision instruments, electronic products. There are various application types, e.g. for measuring rotating objects, also for measuring torque on orthodontic springs et al. Graduation and side memory pointer (except ATG045CN) are on the body. This ensures excellent visibility in different operating positions. ATG models have a three-jaw chuck which firmly grasp the object. Main body and chuck are locked when pushing “push lock button”. Push lock button makes body and chuck secured while using chuck. Adjustable Click-Type Screwdriver with Micrometer Scale. The LTD torque screwdriver is suitable for various applications from series production to maintenance work. The desired torque can be set quickly and easily using the micrometre scale. All models are equipped with a locking mechanism that prevents the torque from being changed during use. Like RTD but with a click signal instead of the slip clutch. Ideal for applications that are sensitive to vibration and where rotary clutch vibrations might be problematic. The model 8527 high-precision compression load cell is the ideal load cell for reference measurement chains where highly precise measurement results are required. Its very high production quality and extremely low non-linearity of just 0.035 % F.S. make it a dependable choice for comparative measurements and calibration tasks. Designed for a dynamic stress of up to 100 % of the full scale value, the model 8527 load cell is also suitable for situations where a rapid signal change with high amplitude occurs and has to be measured. The model 8527 high-precision compression load cell has a domed load button on top, onto which the compressive load being measured is applied. Inside the load cell is an elastic membrane, on which strain gages generate a resistance change in the measuring bridge and an output signal proportional to the load. For the best possible measurement results, the force should be applied axially and centrically to the load button.

Error-proofing (PokaYoke) torque screwdriver with limit switch output to eliminate missed tightening. Ideal for assembly processes with torque monitoring. After reaching the set torque, the limit switch transmits a trigger signal. This can be picked up by means of a PLC, for example. At the same time, the slip clutch is activated, making over-torque impossible. Series RTDLS are adjustable models. Along the micrometer scale, the desired torque can be easily and quickly adjusted. A locking mechanism prevents unintentional torque adjustment during use. Series RNTDLS are fixed models without scale and are particularly suitable for repetitive tightening operations at the same torque. An additional auxiliary tool (sold separately) is available for each of the 500 cNm models for easier power transmission.
