DBE-S series have a convenient memory pointer giving peak readings. Since the dial can be rotated, the pointer can be set to the desired torque first, and complete tightening is achieved when the pointer indicates "0". Error-proofing (PokaYoke) torque screwdriver with limit switch output to eliminate missed tightening. Ideal for assembly processes with torque monitoring. After reaching the set torque, the limit switch transmits a trigger signal. This can be picked up by means of a PLC, for example. At the same time, the slip clutch is activated, making over-torque impossible. Series RTDLS are adjustable models. Along the micrometer scale, the desired torque can be easily and quickly adjusted. A locking mechanism prevents unintentional torque adjustment during use.
