The contaminated cutting fluid is introduced into the dirt tank (E) of the folding belt filter system through the lifting stations. The internal processing of the system consists of two steps: “Filtration” and “Regeneration.”

The preferred field of application for the (gas) hydraulic industrial buffer (COMPENSER®) of the S-series is in the medium to heavy engineering industry sector. As a heavy duty shock absorber it is used in large crane systems (e.g. harbour crane, shipyard crane or container crane), metallurgical plants, rolling mills, loading systems or as end stop integrated in a rail buffer stop. Design & Function: The gas-filled inner tube 2 enters the outer tube 9. The damping medium flows from the pressure chamber 6 through the throttle orifices 8 of the metering tube 7 into the volume balance chamber 5. The separating piston 4 simultaneously moves in the direction of the impact cap 1 and compresses the nitrogen gas filling. In the gas space 3, the energy is stored which is required for the reset of the inner tube. When the inner tube 2 returns to the initial position, the separating piston 4 moves in the opposite direction and presses the damping medium back into the pressure chamber 6.

In addition to the product range of classic cold rolling mills, we can also offer our customers electrolytically galvanized strip. The zinc coating offers excellent corrosion protection: In cooperation with our customers, we have developed a product that solves the problem of zinc abrasion in the processing of galvanized strips - ZPL (Zinc Plus Paint). An organic coating system is applied immediately after electrolytic galvanizing. This results in a colourless, uniform, highly lubricious layer with a dry film thickness of 0.50 - 3.00 µm, which can of course also be supplied in any desired colour. Bent wire parts represent a separate part of our production range. Bent parts differ from springs such as extension springs, compression springs and wave springs in terms of how they are produced. A filter belt cleaning device is located below the filtrate discharge chamber. The opening and closing of the chambers are controlled by two pneumatic cylinders. The self-locking toggle lever mechanism keeps the chambers closed even in the event of a loss of compressed air.
