Roller die Roller die for the roller process of round work pieces with or without starting slope. These dies can be given flexible texts from individual insert milling or wire-cut excavations. The container rollers 4337.3,5 with a load lift of 3,5 tons, for lifting and moving standard containers. Can be used on solid ground. The roller set consists of four corner brackets and a drawbar. This product is suitable for an operating speed of up to 6 km/h.

The slim design and small size of our versatile roller rails make them the perfect solution for conveying lightweight goods such as cardboard boxes, light picking containing or storage containers.

CMC TEXPAN's roller separators are very suitable for processing fresh and recycled wood; they oer high performance when processing wet or semi-wet wood materials. Their principle of operation is based on the rotation of a group of rollers provided with a specic prole or disc pattern; they are adequately spaced apart, whereby such spacing denes the particle size selected. The material is bouncing on the rollers to separate the fractions. Particles of a size smaller than the gap between the rollers pass through the roller spacing. Larger particles are conveyed by the rollers and discharged. The size of the desired fractions can be simply adjusted by changing the gaps between the rollers and/or by using rollers with dierent patterns. "SRD" type - for pre-crushed material "SRU" type - for all typical applications and numbers of fractions "SRO" type - for wet or dry strands

From us you get wearresistant track rollers made of highquality materials. They have been specially manufactured for use in industry. This means that they are particularly robust and can withstand even extreme operating conditions on site. The most important quality features are the high wear resistance and consequently the long service life. This is made possible in particular by the use of highquality materials such as boron steel. Deep heat treatments and the most precise machining processes are used in production. In addition, quality controls are carried out during and after production. This also ensures that the high requirements are met. Our goal is a high level of customer satisfaction, and this is achieved first and foremost through quality with the track rollers in our range.

The RA line descripes a roller beared slide in a special sealed version. The standard type is equipped with a gap seal (approx. 0.5 mm). Special types with felt or nylon scrapers are possible, too. Our slides that run on roller bearings, in single-axis or multi-axis designs, are supplied in the materials grey cast iron and aluminium. The roller bearing slides run in preloaded, hardened and ground Vee-guides. This ensures a smooth, zero-play and extremely precise longitudinal movement - even under high load. Slides which must be designed with T-grooves or higher rigidity can be produced in a reinforced version.

The RH line is equipped with a hand wheel and a scale ring with a 0.02 mm scale gradation. Sizes 075 up to 200 can, on option, also be furnished with a 0.01 mm scale gradation. Our slides that run on roller bearings, in single-axis or multi-axis designs, are supplied in the materials grey cast iron and aluminium. The roller bearing slides run in preloaded, hardened and ground Vee-guides. This ensures a smooth, zero-play and extremely precise longitudinal movement - even under high load. Slides which must be designed with T-grooves or higher rigidity can be produced in a reinforced version.

The RK line is equipped with a cross type handle and, from size 300 on, with a hand wheel. Our slides that run on roller bearings, in single-axis or multi-axis designs, are supplied in the materials grey cast iron and aluminium. The roller bearing slides run in preloaded, hardened and ground Vee-guides. This ensures a smooth, zero-play and extremely precise longitudinal movement - even under high load. The RM line The RM line is equipped with a knurled micrometer knob of a 0.02 mm scale gradation. Sizes 075 up to 200 can, on option, be delivered with a 0.01 mm scale gradation, too. Our slides that run on roller bearings, in single-axis or multi-axis designs, are supplied in the materials grey cast iron and aluminium. The RS line is equipped with a threaded spindle. From size 75 mm on, all dovetail slides (type SS) are equipped with a digital position readout. Different installation options allow to read the display from different viewing directions. The housing consists of shockproof plastic. The digital display allows to make fast adjustments over the complete measuring path. Generally speaking, guide rollers come in two different varieties: guide wheels and running wheels. Guide wheels are used in machines or gates to facilitate linear motion. These wheels are usually put under frequent but brief loads. Running wheels, on the other hand, are designed to withstand constant and consistent loads. They are frequently used in conveyor systems.
