For factory automation we offer compact fieldbus I/O-modules for PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet™, CANopen, INTERBUS, AS-interface®, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP™ and PROFINET. The IP67-modules for use in harsh environments have glass-fiber reinforced plastic housings and metal-connectors, are fully potted, vibration and shock-proof. The IP20-modules for DIN rails can not only be installed in control cabinets, they can also be used to integrate small, decentralized control boxes with a few I/O-signals to a fieldbus network.

The perfect solution for the treatment of edges and corners - and this almost dust-free! Powerful, efficient and very user-friendly! The FLIP® is also extremely versatile. The different attachments - short, long, corner or milling attachment - can be changed on the job site easily and quickly. The FLIP® stands for ergonomics, simple adjustment and operation - ideal for efficient sanding of edges and corners. It was the first edge sanding machine in the world to be awarded the "Wood Dust Tested" certification. It works almost dust-free thanks to an exceptionally powerful extraction and a special emptying device for the dust bag. Motor housing, handle and attachments are made of abrasion-resistant, glass-fibre reinforced plastic. This converts the FLIP® into a very robust machine. The various attachments can be changed quickly and easily, in order to adapt the machine always directly to the individual job site conditions. It is available with the short, long or corner attachment.

Simply as a replacement for steel! Plastic does not corrode and is much less costly than steel when ordered in large batches. Glass fibre reinforcement makes the plastic tough and loadbearing. Upon request, we can check whether your steel or stainless steel parts can be replaced by glass fibre-reinforced polyamides or polyurethanes at lower cost. Threads and internal threads are also possible, also steel inlays. It just depends on the batch size.

LUZERN kitchen utensils are designed by Carl Schmidt Sohn and entirely manufactured in Germany. The uniquely designed kitchen utensils are made of high-quality nylon material and are glass fibre-reinforced by high-tech manufacturing which guarantees a high food safety standard. All utensils are heat resistance up 210 degrees Celsius.

It is possible to have square as well as round shapes, drilled holes and slots from Ø2 – Ø30 mm, with counter bores and tapped holes. To reduce stress concentration and shearing stress when mounting, we recommend the reinforcement of the clamping areas by fixing glass reinforced laminate (GHGW) plates. We have a complete range of polyurethane round belts for conveying and power transmission applications. PU round belts, extruded in open lengths, are homogeneous round profiles that can be welded for use as high-quality power transmission and conveying elements. Our stock mainly comprises solid profiles with a smooth or slightly roughened surface and hollow profiles for nipple connections. Several types have FDA/USDA approval and comply with EU Directive 2007/19/EC. Although we generally produce in open lengths, we can also produce all belts according to your specifications. Our round belts convey a wide range of products such as foodstuffs, glass, roof tiles, PC boards and many more. The standard range of round belts is rounded off with aramid, polyester or glass-fiber reinforcements. If an appropriate quantity is purchased, we also produce special types with PES or aramid reinforcements.

Different mesh sizes with open areas of 60% max. make Forbo mesh belts ideal processing belts for cleaning, drying, filtering and cooling. The belts can be supplied in different versions, for example with reinforced belt edges, with fibre-glass or Kevlar-fabric, with tracking- and lateral-profiles.

The HISDpro - Side Drum Heater is a simple yet effective silicone insulated drum heater for the heating of barrels up to 90°C. The Silicone heating jacket is available in four standard sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 liters) and can be manufactured to customer specifications as well. HISDpro heater jackets are particularly suited to melt soaps, fats, varnishes and oil-based products, or respectively reduce their viscosity. The 200-liter element can be combined with the HBD - base drum heater to reduce the heat-up time. These heater jackets are not only used on drums but also containers and any kind of glass-fibre reinforced plastics. They can be produced with any number of belts, e.g. to enable them to be clamped on to rotor blades.

We accompany you with our design and development from the idea to series production! We process all common thermoplastics for you. Besides polyurethane, these are mainly: PE (polyethylene), PA (polyamide), PP (polypropylene), POM, ASA, TPU, PP, TPE as well as glass fiber reinforced plastics. Advantages of the injection molding process are low unit costs with high batch sizes. Before an injection mold is ordered, we build view samples for you as laser-sintered elements or by means of 3D printing. In this way, the desired part can already be viewed without having to spend a lot of money. Our machines inject molded parts from 5 to 6000 grams.

Keiper profiles and cleats Many special, innovative tasks required in the material flow, such as pacing, separating or positioning, can be realized by adding profiles/cleats and entraining elements to the belts. Profiles and entraining elements are made of the same high-quality polyurethane as our timing belts, are mechanically processed as sheets or injection molded. They are available in different blends and degrees of hardness, with glass-fiber reinforcement and in a matching color. The profiles and entraining elements are homogeneously fastened to the belt by welding or glueing. In view of our production methods, the cleats can be formed into any shape.
