The STRATE AWALIFT 80 is the system preferred for draining single- and two-family homes where the drainpipe is below the backwater level (acc. to DIN 1986-100) and the houses cannot be drained using natural gradient. DIN EN 12056-4 specifies the backwater level here as being the road surface of the connection point to the public sewage system. The AWALIFT 80 was specially developed as a small system for building services engineering (max. 12 residents). This means that for the first time, demanding users now have a sewage pumping station available in patented and tried-and-trusted separator technology, which employs polymer components throughout. And the separator system effectively prevents pump blockage. Two-stage ventilation valve for release rates of 450 to 2000 m3/h in coarse and 20-40 m3/h in fine ventilation. For DN 80 and 100 housing material: EN-GJS-400-15, coating EKB; for DN 150 housing material S235 JR or P355 T1 and the coating consists of a wastewater-resistant Permacore thick micaceous iron ore coating First, air escapes during the first stage (coarse ventilation), until the medium closes off the first stage as it continues to flow. Any remaining air then escapes more slowly through the second stage (fine ventilation), until it is also closed. The BEV-F is a single-stage valve offering only the function of the second ventilation stage (fine ventilation) provided by the two-stage valve (BEV-GF). For ventilation quantities of 20 to 40 m3/h. Specific applications include high points which are under hydrostatic pressure even when the pump is shut down due to the height variation involved, and where no coarse ventilation is required, as well as at high points with low flow quantities. Type F (fine ventilation): Air escapes through this valve, and collected gases cause it to open once again, including under operating pressure, until the medium continues to flow and close the valve again. Installed at high points which are under hydrostatic pressure even when the pump is shut down due to the height variation involved, and where no coarse ventilation is required. BORSIG offers attractive process solutions for various gas separation applications in the fields of oil and gas production or refinery and process technology, such as BORSIG Hydrogen separation and BORSIG Fuel gas conditioning. Positive displacement blowers and single-stage screw compressors start up directly or following a star delta circuit if no gentle start or no frequency converter control are available. The unit is subjected to heavy mechanical load and requires high start-up current. For this reason, counterpressure must be reduced during the start-up phase; this is achieved by blowing off the increasing volume flow. The fully automatic medium-controlled STRATE relief valve EVA has been specially designed for this procedure. As well as not requiring any maintenance, the STRATE relief valve EVA is an extremely economical device for reducing load during start-up since there is no longer any need to use complex externally controlled valves or electronic start-up aids. Pre-fabricated STRATE AWASTATION service buildings are set up directly on top of shafts (STRATE AWALIFTSCHACHT) or optionally alongside shafts on concrete foundation blocks. STRATE AWALIFTSCHACHT pre-fabricated shafts are used in private, industrial and municipal areas where the installation of sewage pumping stations within existing or planned buildings is not possible. The possible installation of basement draining pumps in pump sumps is taken into consideration in the shaft dimensions. One-piece compound structure made of glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) from a shaft pipe diameter of 1000 mm to 2900 mm, cover and base plate made of reinforced concrete. The STRATE AWAaerob 110 - 1700 ventilation system consists of an oil-free compressor with noise suppressor, a switching system with operating hours counter and a timer, as well as a complete connection fittings set with manometer, check valve and connection line. The BEV-G is a single-stage valve offering only the function of the first ventilation stage (coarse ventilation) provided by the two-stage valve (BEV-GF). It is not necessary to coordinate the valve to the working pressure in the first ventilation stage, since coarse ventilation is always closed under pressure. Type G (coarse ventilation): The air escapes through this valve until the medium closes it as it continues to flow. The valve remains closed under operating pressure.
