We can create mobile platforms on request. Discuss your mobile platform requirements with us. For mobile platforms we generally use GRP construction profiles manufactured in accordance with EN 13706 / E23. This ensures that the platform has a minimum loadbearing capacity. These GRP construction profiles typically have an isopolyester resin matrix. For structures that are exposed to higher chemical stress, we can also use profiles with a vinyl ester resin matrix. If profiles need to be connected with angle brackets, we generally use V4A stainless steel connectors. We do not use short GRP remnants for such connections because they are not sturdy enough.

GRP designs meet requirements for high mechanical stability and are also resistant to many chemicals and corrosion. They do not conduct electricity and are easy to assemble. We are always delighted to work on special projects for our customers. The task here was to design a special GRP crane platform with a stainless steel crane unit. This was developed and built by TC and is used to raise battery packs by approx. 1 m. The complete crane platform can be rolled manually to the respective place of use.

The GEDA 300 Z/ZP lift is perfect for operation in narrow driveways and backyards as the flat cable bin is saving even more space. There are different reasons to decide in favour of the GEDA 300 Z/ZP: The usage as construction hoist or transport platform (possible by using two separate controls), safety devices (limit switches, speed dependent safety brake, overload switch-off) and the using of the GEDA UNI-MAST are only a few convincing arguments for the GEDA 300 Z/ZP.

Two units in one: a building hoist with a load bearing capacity up to 850 kg or a transport platform for a maximum of 5 people and loads up to 500 kg. The transport platform GEDA 500 Z/ZP offers a simple and good-value transport system for materials and people with a spacious transport platform, which is not closed on the top. The well-know GEDA steel mast segments stand for easy assembly directly from the transport platform up to a height of 100 m. Without using a crane, you can put on the handy 1.5 m mast segments and secure them with captive screws and locking nuts. In order to prevent people from falling down, hot-dip galvanized landing level safety gates with mechanically locked sliding doors are installed to all loading and unloading points.

The transport platform GEDA 1500 Z/ZP unites two different machines in one: a hoist for materials with a load bearing capacity of 2000 kg and a transport platform for material and persons. In contrast to ordinary material hoists, for which the transport of people is strictly prohibited, the GEDA 1500 Z/ZP may transport 7 people in addition to goods as soon as it has been switched to the operating mode “transport platform“. The GEDA 2500 Z/ZP transport platform is the new powerhouse from GEDA. Thanks to the innovative GEDA SVARIO-MAST system, the transport platform is guided on only one mast and has a load capacity of 2500 kg. This makes it easy to transport heavy construction materials to their place of use up to a height of 200 m. The comfortable and large platform with dimensions of 1.45 m x 3.55 m can transport construction materials and up to 7 passengers quickly and safely. The extremely high platform (2.60 m) makes transporting bulky goods easy. For loading the platform on a lorry, the roof can simply be lowered to 2.10 m. With two separate controls, the GEDA 2500 Z/ZP can be used simply as a material hoist with a lifting speed of 40 m/min or as a transport platform for passengers and materials with a lifting speed of 12 m/min. The Advanced Communications Platform Artist is a highly modular concept driving modern intercom demands. It is designed as a powerful matrix platform for intercom and the distribution of analog audio, digital audio, and Ethernet data signals. The system consists of a fiber-based network backbone providing a decentralized infrastructure for live audio and intercom applications.
