Demand for panels with superior visual appeal for interior and trade show construction has increased steadily in recent years. For these applications, we provide a factory perforated panel in four different standard versions. Products can be selected from 32 x 32 mm patterns with 8 or 10 mm holes and 16 x 16 mm patterns with 6 or 8 mm holes. The product can be shipped in grey simulated concrete (unsanded), or as a ground and imbued panel in neutral, amber, brick red, or charcoal grey colors, and complies with the A2 fire protection code. Upon request, all products are available with a factory applied clear coat. We recommend Capadur wood flooring varnish from Caparol for on-site coating applications.

The aluminium front panel displayed was printed with texts using the vacuum process. The milled recesses are delivered on special CNC milling machines to customer specification. The Riedel Virtual Panels allow a regular computer or a mobile device to function as an intercom control panel in combination with any Riedel digital matrix intercom system. The communication between the matrix and the virtual panel is handled via the VoIP- 108 G2 client card.

The 1100 series is Riedel’s high-tier control key panels for Riedel digital matrix intercoms. Following Riedel’s intuitive concept of integrated displays in the panel keys, the 1100 series features high-res color OLEDs. With 65,000 colors and a resolution of 140 dpi these new displays provide excellent readability and are able to show highly detailed characters and icons of up to 24x24 pixels. The panel provides individual rotary encoders for adjusting the listen level of each talk key. An option slot for additional modules prepares the control panel for future technology developments.

The 1000 Series is the classic set of key panels from Riedel and is available in 19“ rack-mount, desktop and modular (Danner) versions. All control key-panels feature bright, dimmable 8-digit alphanumeric in-key LED displays, individual rotary encoder for listen level control and LED level indication for each talk key. In addition, all 1000 Series control key-panels provide five dedicated function keys, a built-in loudspeaker, XLR headset connector and a removable gooseneck microphone. Three GPIs and three GPOs are available for system-wide programming as standard.

Spoiler for the M5000 tram in Manchester, UK Bombardier designed the M5000 tram as a highfloor tram specially for use in Manchester. The spoiler consists of a solid stainless steel frame with a gluedon GRP profile. The profile was milled on modern CNC machines at TC, glued to the frame, primed and painted with a special 2KPUR metallic paint. It is manufactured in different lengths and designs. It has fire protection in accordance with BS 6853. For new projects, we meet fire protection requirements in accordance with EN 45545.
