Our MiniPleat products are pleated on inhouse designed pleating machines and feature exceptional strength, efficiency, dust holding capacity and low air flow resistance. We offer our MiniPleats in several pleat heights and tested according to various standards (EN779, ISO16890, Ashrae 52.2). Our MiniPleats, utilized in panel filters, are deployed in a variety of applications where technical reliability and a long service life is a must.

Panel encoder MRX25 with 25 pulses and push button are suitable for individual detent torques according to customer requirements The panel encoders MRX25 stand for the unique combination of 25 ppr. and IP65. The high quality of the series was confirmed by our customers, who subjected the encoder to extensive testing before adopting the manual encoder in their application. The result of the tests was consistently the same: even after many hundreds of thousands of operations, the haptic properties, such as the detent torque and the shaft play, have changed only insignificantly. The electrical values could be received precisely at the output of the sensor as on the first day. This makes the panel encoder the first choice when special emphasis is placed on longevity with consistent quality. MEGATRON customizes the panel encoders on customer request.

Thanks to the broadest selection of actuation haptics, the panel encoder can be optimally adapted to the application. The MRB panel encoders are used as manual setpoint devices. Thanks to their's low power consumption, the panel encoder are also suitable for battery-powered applications. Particularly noteworthy is the diverse selection of detent torques and push-button operating forces. Its electrical connection options are also impressive. This variety allows the combination of a great number of operation knobs. For example, an actuating knob with a small diameter in combination with a high detent torque can ensure that the setpoint can only be changed via a higher actuating force. This structure prevents unintentional changes to the pre-set values, for example.

Aero Carb H filters are disposable type panel carbon filters. They are made up of honeycomb construction with activated carbon granules filled in. Casings are made up of metal or plastic. These filters could remove odor in heavy duty applications. A choice of media selection is available.

Aero Panel G model features Panel filters in Glassfiber media. They are available in 25mm, 50mm and 90mm thicknesses and in various models depending upon application. It is a right choice and economical pre filter for Fan Coil Units & Packaged Units as pre filtersand as disposable pre filters in AHUs and Gas Turbine applications.

Aero Panel GPF model features Panel filters in Glass fiber media. GPF type filters are Pad and Frame design wherein the filter frame has apermanent heavy duty grid on air exit side and with a removable mesh arrangement in the air entry. This ensures replacing the padsonly when required and hence is an economical solution.

AEROMetallic filters are permanent filters with layers of aluminium slit and expanded into mesh of differing densities, encased in an aluminium or galvanized steel frame. FLA9 model filters are washable type panel filters made up of 9 ply aluminium filter media in single layer or two layers, encased in an aluminium or galvanized steel frame. FLA12 model filters follow the similar construction, but use a 12 ply filter media to enhance the filtration and dust holding capacity.

AERO PANELfilters are disposable type flat panels made up of high loft glassfiber media. AERO PANELfilters are available in 1”, 2”& 4”deep frame constructions and in various models to suit the application. The graduated density fiber arrangements and an exclusive adhesive coating on the filter media fibers enhance the dirt trapping ability of the filter and increase the dust holding capacity.

AERO POLYPLEAT filters are cleanable / washable panel filters made up of non woven, high lofted synthetic (polyester) filter media and are available in various efficiency grades ranging from G2 to F5. AERO POLY PLEAT filters offer very high dust arrestance and dust holding capacity than the other types of similar grade panel filters.

AEROPLEAT filters are disposable type Pleated Panels which offers extended surface filtration, designed to suit a wide variety of HVAC applications including Hospitals, Pharmaceutical firms, Food processing units etc. The AEROPLEAT filters are available in various efficiency range from 20% to 60% (Ave. Dust Spot Efficiency).The filter media is an exclusive grade of nonwovens cotton / polyester blend supported by a diamond wire grid lamination having 98% open area.

Aero Carb Z filters are disposable type pleated panels which offers extended surface filtration combined with odor control, designed to suit a wide variety of HVAC applications including Hospitals, Pharmaceutical companies, Food processing units, Restaurants, Airports, Commercial Buildings etc. Aero Carb Z filters are available in MERV6 / G4 / EU4 and Aero Carb Z85 offers MERV 13 / F7 / EU7 efficiency. These filters comes in 25mm, 45mm and 95mm depths. These filters are recommended as direct replacements to existing pleated air filters. Filters are easy to install and completely disposable too.
