Four QuellTech Q6 3D- laser scanners are installed, mutually displaced by an angle of 90°. In this configuration, they are able to monitor the complete surface of the cable running through. It is important that the test does not lower the production speed, therefore very high sampling rates are required, supported by convenient data processing. The measured position of a defect is recorded in cable direction.

The new QuellTech Q5 Laser Scanner Series combines the advantages of small form factors with both high resolution and scan rate. The sensor disposes of different set-up possibilities with respect to the analysis algorithm. Measurement results are delivered via Ethernet, calibrated in the X / Z plane. Special adjustable algorithms can be selected, extremely useful particularly also for optically most demanding surfaces. Time-consuming calibration tasks for the user are no more required, as the calibration routine runs on board. High Scan Rate with up to 14,000 Profiles per Second Due to an appropriate limitation of the image range (AOI) in X and Z direction, the scan rate could considerably be increased. LT Ultra is your partner for the production of optical surface qualities in injection mold inserts. For example, we can manufacture inserts for the injection molding of spectacle lenses with several focal lengths as well as mold inserts for microlenses or components for vehicle lighting systems. In addition to simple geometries such as spheres or aspheres, we mainly manufacture non-rotationally symmetrical components and freeform surfaces.Mold inserts for a long service life can be made from chemically deposited nickel (NiP). Here you can work directly in the nickel. The advantage is that the very durable nickel can also be deposited on substrates that could not be brought into optical quality themselves or only with great effort. On request, LT Ultra offers the complete delivery of the mold insert as well as the processing of additional parts.

Similar to the MMC 600/900 air bearing machines, the basic setup can be equipped with various accessories. The basic setup consists of 3 linear axes and can be upgraded by additional rotary, tilt or spindle axes to 4, 5 or 6 axes. Accessories, like different spindles, vacuum chucks, palleting systems, 3D touch probes for workpiece measurement, tool changer and automated tool setting, allow an effective use of the machine. OLIGO surface control optics can be controlled using the semiautomatic controller HAST2.0. It enables the coordination of light scenarios and programmed light groups. The controller features function keys that can be specially assigned as well as four-line, alphanumeric display for viewing status information (performance, energy, operating hours).

The surface control optic UVO PM with LED illuminants is used for surfaces with high reflection. The high quality product is characterized by its durability, high efficiency and low heat generation. With the help of UV light, the light makes white defects on surfaces visible. Particularly in the automotive sector, it is suitable for: effect paints, textiles, plastics and other materials.

The RGB camera model uniScanRGB is a line scan camera and was developed for color machine vision applications. This RGB camera can be installed as stand-alone model or as add-on for LLA's HSI models e.g. for waste paper sorting.

Surface relief diffusive microstructures (SRDM) are used for specifically distributing light in a defined angle range. They homogenize irregular light distributions as well as local intensity peaks. It is also possible to apply those diffusive microstructures directly into the plano side of all our plastic optics components. Our products will be precily trimmed to our customers requirements.
