Global energy consumption is constantly rising. The raw material required for vehicle operation, energy production and other products is predominantly based on crude oil and natural gas. Compressed gases are removed from gas cylinders using RIEGLER flange pressure controllers, which are used during welding, cutting or other related processes. We offer flange pressure controllers according to DIN EN ISO 2503 for flammable and non-flammable gases up to 200 bar and up to 300 bar. All flange pressure controllers are each equipped with a pressure gauge for the display of the cylinder contents and the working pressure. In addition you can also get flange pressure controllers with a flowmeter. Our flange pressure controllers can be used for oxygen, compressed air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, argon, acetylene, hydrogen, methane, illuminating gas and natural gas.

BORSIG has developed its own boiler design. This boiler design is suitable for all gasification processes. The waste heat boiler is designed as a fire-tube boiler. The hot synthesis gas enters the heating surfaces with a temperature of about 1,400 °C and is cooled down in these tubes to approximately 300 °C. The heat from the synthesis gas is used for generating saturated steam.

With the very simple operation and the generated and saved measurement protocol, the documentation can be created quickly and completely reproduced. It is possible to save the measurement data in the device and to print it out again later. No tracer gas nor a second measuring device are required for use. The internal battery, the 230V charger or the 12V vehicle voltage can be used for the energy supply. All included in a complete set. Ethane is always contained in natural gas; evidence of this gas is also evidence of natural gas. A lengthy gas analysis is normally required to prove beyond any doubt that the measured gas concentration is actually natural gas and not swamp gas. This, also due to the sampling, a difficult and time- consuming process, is completely eliminated. Measurement and sampling directly at the borehole is easily possible. The printout can take place after the measurement.

Typical gases are carbon monoxide, natural gas and air. The temperature change, which occurs at expansion of gas or gas mixture from a high to low pressure i.e. after a gas pressure control is called Joule-Thomson effect. In order to prevent the effects of Joule-Thomson as icing or condensate separation, the gas will be heated up before expansion.
