The new QuellTech Q5 Laser Scanner Series combines the advantages of small form factors with both high resolution and scan rate. The sensor disposes of different set-up possibilities with respect to the analysis algorithm. Measurement results are delivered via Ethernet, calibrated in the X / Z plane. Special adjustable algorithms can be selected, extremely useful particularly also for optically most demanding surfaces. Time-consuming calibration tasks for the user are no more required, as the calibration routine runs on board. High Scan Rate with up to 14,000 Profiles per Second Due to an appropriate limitation of the image range (AOI) in X and Z direction, the scan rate could considerably be increased. The optoNCDT 1320 is a new laser triangulation sensor with compact size for displacement, distance and position measurements. Due to its extremely compact size including integrated controller, the sensor can also be integrated into restricted installation space. Its low weight make the optoNCDT 1320 ideally suitable for applications where high accelerations occur, e.g., on the robot arm or in pick-and-place machines. The optoNCDT 1320 offers high accuracy and adjustable measuring rates up to 4kHz. The Active Surface Compensation (ASC) provides stable distance signal control regardless of target color or brightness. Very small objects can be detected reliably due to the small measurement spot size.

The new optoNCDT ILR1171-125 laser distance sensor is used for distance measurements up to 270 m and particularly impresses in outdoor measurements. Due to the laser time-of-flight principle with infrared light and a measuring rate of up to 40 kHz, high energy pulses are achieved, allowing stable measurements with very good signal quality. In addition, this better compensates for interfering influences such as fog or rain. The high temperature stability allows applications at temperatures from -40 °C to +60 °C. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the sensor can also be integrated into the smallest installation spaces.

With the new ALO manual welding laser, you can either work manually or with an axis of rotation for circular welding. The working chamber is easily accessible via leather curtains, but the welding itself still takes place in the shielded laser safety area. The spacious working chamber can be loaded quickly through various openings, without opening doors: a large opening at the front ensures easy access to the welding chamber. The slots on the side enable the operator to position longer components in the machining area and to weld them in a laser-safe manner. Another passage on the bottom of the working chamber allows loading from below. The laser safe leather curtain offers certified laser protection so that the laser device can be placed in any work environment. The armrest is extremely comfortable - ensuring relaxed work. A lot of attention was also paid to good ergonomics. A high-quality extraction system with filter is integrated as standard.
