The COMPENSER® of the CE-series is a nonreversible maintenancefree shock reducing element / shock absorber which can be used for emergency use, for example as a fall protection. If necessary, several deformation tubes (so-called crash element) can be installed in parallel as end stops. It is used in the injection molding and extrusion areas for slow-flowing material columns. Both the detector and the ejection unit have been specially developed for this area of use. The special Metzner development is a fully automatic machinery consisting of a contact-free loop control, an automatic cutting machine and a crushing station with storage system. It can produce polystyrene pipettes with diameters from 4 to 25 mm and lengths from 100 to 700 mm. The extruded material is first scored with the aid of several rotary cutting heads, then broken and finally deposited in collecting containers. The cycle time for four parts is only 1.5 seconds. For the production of short lengths (up to 120 mm), the cycle time is extended to approximately three seconds.

The "Metzner RPA 60-LT" is a powerful robot press automation with an outstanding storage system for the highest demands in the handling of pressed parts made of hard metal and metal powder. With a storage capacity of up to 60 sintering plates, the it offers outstanding possibilities for the production of sintered parts of all types. All sintering plates are fed to the machine via four transport trolleys with 15 plates each. The intelligent handling system of the "RPA 60-LT" ensures uninterrupted loading of the pressed parts. While the first sintering plate is filled by a linear robot with multifunctional gripper, the handling system provides a second empty plate. As soon as the first plate is filled, the loading of the second one starts. Meanwhile, the handling system returns the loaded sintering plate to the transport carriage. The automation thus works according to the Kanban principle, which ensures that the press can be operated continuously even during the workpiece carrier change

The Clear-View cabinets offer you a combined storage system: with order, a clear overview, dust protection, quick access and helpful transparency to identify the parts promptly. Large label areas above the handles are useful for the cases labelling and designation. The Clear-View cabinets are made of top- quality plastic and characterize through their high durability; they are nearly unbreakable and largely oil and acid-resistant. In addition, they have two utility spaces and can be employed in every workplace – i.e. without frame, too.

Intelligent Storage Management JUKI’s ISM Material Incoming Station, an incoming goods desk with scanner, helps to automate the incoming goods process and boost productivity dramatically. Incoming material is scanned and the data is automatically matched with the database of the existing Enterprise Resource Planning system. Simultaneously, a unique ID is created in the system to make every component truly “unique” and to deliver full traceability.

Intelligent Storage Management With the ISM 400 you can flexibly store 7“, 13“ and 15“ reels, trays, tubes, printed circuit boards, well equipped feeder, solding pastes or screen printing frames manually and monitor their insertion and extraction. The different configuration possibilities of the ISM 400 satisfy the storage needs of the most varied types of components as well as operational and consumable resources of a modern SMT production. With the help of the optional humidity control module it is possible to constantly adjust and monitor the humidity level within the system.

Intelligent Storage Management The ISM 500, JUKIs intelligent dynamic storage solution, has been developed to satisfy the storage needs of the most varied types of components. With the possibility to configure up to 640 different positions, the operator can insert 7″, 13″ and 15″ reels, JEDEC trays, SMT and THT tubes, screen printing frames and foils, THT components etc.

Intelligent Storage Management The flexible storage solution of the ISM 1100 allows flexible storage, intelligent monitoring as well as fully automatic insertion and extraction of up to 1,100 7“ reels on an effective area of just 1.6 m². During the fully automatic insertion and extraction of up to 27 reels there is no user intervention necessary.

Intelligent Storage Management The intelligent storage management system of the ISM 2000 has been specifically designed to obtain optimum performance regarding storage capacity and total size. The automated system allows fast insertion and extraction of reels and trays stored in standard cases, while the patented multiple outlet enables the simultaneous extraction and insertion of up to 27 reels at a time. Optionally, a module for automatic wireless extraction is available as well as a humidity control unit to control humidity of all of the components inside the ISM systems.

Intelligent Storage Management Designed as an extension module for the ISM UltraFlex 3600, JUKI’s ISM UltraFlex 3900 offers a thought out solution to efficiently use space in the warehouse by simply and quickly doubling storage capacities. JUKI’s ISM UltraFlex 3900 is a real space wonder allowing storage of up to 7,500 (7“ and 15“) reels in combination with JUKI’s ISM UltraFlex 3600. Operation and handling is exclusively done via the ISM UltraFlex 3600. Needless to say that all reels are stored fully automatic, very flexible and monitored intelligently.
