Round copper wire made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated, soft annealed. Single wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.254 mm. Number of wires used for strands: between 2 and 16 (subject to single-wire diameter). Single wire or multi wire on special bobbins fit for use in braiding machines. The braids manufactured by these machines are used in cables and conductors geared towards electromagnetic shielding or protection against damage as well as serving as a reinforcement.

The pressure regulator type 8042 in reinforced version is a smart combination of a pilot pressure regulator with a sliding gate control valve and is excellently suited for gases and vapors. The pressure regulator, which operates with auxiliary pneumatic energy, is characterized by highest dynamics and control quality. External or manual set point adjustment completes the compact and simple design of the valve and regulator.

Bags with euroslot reinforcement can be used even for heavy weights. The packaging is open at the end of the bag, with a crosswise sealing underneath the euroslot. With its extremely rigid header, the bag becomes strong and suitable also for heavy weight contents. Several hanging slots spread the load over a larger area. The sliding gate manual valve type 8050 in reinforced design and long construction is suitable for a wide range of process applications. Media such as steam, liquids, gases, etc. can be shut off safely with low actuating force and can be controlled excellently.

The Metzner CCM 2 circular cutting machine processes steel-reinforced profiles and sponge rubber materials with dry cutting (optionally with micro-knife moistening to cool the circular knife).
