Molub-Alloy Blanc White multi-purpose grease for high bearing pressures and long-term lubrication Description Castrol Molub-Alloy Blanc (previous product name Castrol Longtime Blanc) is a white multi-purpose grease for use at high bearing pressures and for long-term lubrication. It is characterized by its special adhesive properties and its water-resistant, sealing behavior. Application Molub-Alloy Blanc is used in the food and beverage industry, especially in wet operations, in dusty environments and in conveyor lines, canning and bottle filling systems and labeling machines, where there is no contact between the lubricant and the food or beverage . Molub-Alloy Blanc can be used for long-term lubrication under high pressure loads, vibrations, shock loads, in highly loaded joints, plain and rolling bearings and pipe tracks.

Best way is to clean mechanically first and then with OKS 2610/OKS 2611 universal cleaner. Apply sufficient paste evenly to the functional surfaces with a brush, spatula, etc. The paste will also act as a sealant. Do not use paste instead of grease and mix only with suitable lubricants.

Thermal transfer technology is often used in applications where the labeled product requires long shelf life or is exposed to tough handling. Examples are pharmaceutical, industrial and other non-food products. The A-Series T43 labeling machine guarantees excellent barcode readability even after long storage periods.

The small size of the A-Series D43 labeling machine is ideal for integration in various production lines or packaging machines. Direct thermal labels are commonly used in the food industry but also for other applications where there are no extreme demands on long storage. DT technology requires only one media type, making it the easiest technology to use.

The A-Series T63 labeling machine prints up to A5 format labels and meets the GS1 standards for pallet labeling, and is suitable for pallet and box labeling using large labels carrying a lot of data. The solid aluminum chassis is machined as one piece for perfect alignment of the wide label and transfer rollers, printhead, etc. This eliminates the need for mechanical adjustments and secures high quality printing over time.
