Electrical flange type immersion heaters The range of immersion heaters type FHK offers an economic heating solution for process tanks, pressure vessels and similar plant. The standard heater consists of a number of rod elements TIG welded into a process flange. A robust terminal box protects the electrical connections. The number of elements fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required. Dependent on application, the heater can be provided with temperature control by contactor or thyristor.

Flameproof unit air heater ATEX EEx d IIC T3 ATEX The „FUH“ range of flameproof electrical unit air heaters offer a hazardous area, space heating solution, for large premises requiring high heating capacity. They are certified for zone 1 or 2 areas, where the flammable atmosphere is a group IIA, IIB or IIC gas. This heater has an internal fan.

The special element / sheath arrangement allows the element cores to be withdrawn for inspection without system drain down. The standard heater consists of a number of element cores fitted into a mounting flange. A robust EEx d terminal cover protects the electrical connections. The number of elements fitted depends upon the media to be heated and the kilowatt rating required. EEx’e‘ certified immersion heater EEx e T1 – T6 ATEX The “FHK-Exe” type electric immersion heaters are EExe certified. These heaters are custom built to meet client specifications and suitable for use in zone 1 & 2 hazardous areas. Electrical flange type immersion heaters The series of electrical Flange Type FHK-L provides a solution for the heating of liquids / molten salts or similar applications in process tanks or underground tanks. It can also be tank filling levels with very low heat, since only the lower horizontal portion is heated. The flange heater consists of a number of heating elements, which are built into the process flange. The electrical wiring is done in a robust electrical terminal box.

is a sodium salt of acetic acid and is obtained through the reaction of acetic acid with sodium compounds. It is a colourless salt with a light acetic scent, easily soluble in water and hardly soluble in alcohol. Crystallization of saturated sodium acetate solution releases heat.

Old heating systems often have problems: The entry of oxygen and dirt as well as limescale into the heating system causes oxidation on the in-ner walls of the heaters and pipes. The result is black heating sludge or “black water”, which settles in the pipes. Malfunctions and a reduced heat output are the negative results. The solution The innovative filtration system FIBALON® professional hotbox enables the heating water filtration in a closed system without installation effort. The polymer fiber filter FIBALON® tool, developed especially for the filtration of heating sludge, works similar to all innovative FIBALON® products and systems. The innovative FIBALON® solution removes heating sludge in a reverse filtration circuit. Metallic and non-metallic particles up to a size of 10 µm are filtered out. New filter material can easily be refilled. The FIBALON® professional hotbox also guarantees a continuously high and efficient heat output in old heating systems.
