SPIROL offers a line of austenitic stainless steel Disc Springs in diameters ranging from Ø8mm to Ø71mm. Austenitic stainless steel is typically used for static and low cycle applications that require a heightened level of corrosion resistance. It withstands fresh water and atmospheric marine conditions very well, and is suitable for many other industrial conditions including acidic environments. This material will continue to work harden with use so cycle life is limited, but creep resistance is good. SPIROL supplies both single Disc Springs as well as Pre-Stacked Disc Springs in custom configurations, packaged in shrink wrap with a perforated tab for easy of assembly.

Recycling plastics with the Sorticanter include: ► Reduced odor because of closed system ► No influence due to the color of the solids to be sorted ► Lower thermal energy consumption, since the dewatering phase is already built into each Sorticanter. ► Minimum personnel costs, creating operating cost savings  ► Separation of mixed substances that are unsuitable for static separation (fibers) This means that no mechanical dryer (screen centrifuge) is needed. ► Processing of particles possible that are smaller than 1 mm, so no impact from fans and other interfering effects ► A low-volume circulation system reduces the consumption of fresh water, while also reducing the wastewater quantity, since contaminants are largely separated out in the Sorticanter. With a Sorticanter, it is possible to process up to 1,000 lbs or 2,500 kg of solid per hour, depending on the composition of the raw materials.

BEDIA level monitoring sensors are used to monitor the filling levels of liquids. The sensors detect when a filling level is exceeded or falls below a limit. Water-based liquids like coolants, AdBlue®, fresh water, waste water, bilge water and oil-based liquids like motor oils, hydraulic oils, fuels and brake fluids can be monitored. Since they contain no mechanical moving parts, their function will not be influenced by dirt particles or other influences. No electrical current is sent through the medium via an electrode with BEDIA sensors, an electrolysis of the medium is not possible. Operating Principle The function of the sensor is based on the capacitive principle. It detects the change in capacitance that occurs when an electrode surrounded by air is immersed into a liquid medium. This change in capacitance at the electrode of the sensor excites an oscillator. This signal is processed by a microcontroller-based evaluation circuit which activates or deactivates an output stage.

The TWT combines a number of cleaning methods in a single unit. Through immersion any spray cleaning with alkaline, neutral or slightly acidic aqueous media, it caters for a wide range of parts and meets even the most stringent requirements regarding technical cleanliness. The cleaned parts are dried under vacuum for extra fast processing.
