Semi-concentric or concentric strands with very short lay lengths and an extraordinarily smooth surface made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, soft annealed. Single-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.51 mm, left-hand lay or right-hand lay. Cross-section ranging from 0.02 mm² to 16 mm². LEONI has had its manufacturing process specifically dedicated to this type of product patented. LEONI smooth bunches boast an exceptionally compact and precise round structure and have a very good Flex life. They are particularly suitable for moving applications and for thin-gauge coating with high-grade isolation materials benefitting from a long flex life as well as weight and space efficiency.

Compacted material terminals made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, in bare and tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated upon request, in hard or soft annealed. Cross-section ranging from 1 mm² to 95 mm² depending on welding area. Compact welded terminals of different copper strands can be automated processed. A production of individual parts is possible as well as large-scale production. Resistance welded strands by LEONI are particularly suitable for high-voltage battery connectors, for high power connectors, for switch contacts and for special applications.

The new QuellTech Q5 Laser Scanner Series combines the advantages of small form factors with both high resolution and scan rate. The sensor disposes of different set-up possibilities with respect to the analysis algorithm. Measurement results are delivered via Ethernet, calibrated in the X / Z plane. Compact valve manifolds with low piping effort, reduced maintenance time and minimize investment costs. A connection system well known from the field of hydraulics and adapted to the respective application, allows for the intelligent combination of several valves in a customerspecific manifold. All necessary connections between the individual process valves are integrated in the manifold.

The thicknessGAUGE O.IMS is used for stable thickness measurement of coating on separator film. The system is designed as a compact O-frame and uses a white light interferometer that traverses over the battery film. Thanks to the innovative technology, the thickness measurement is contactless from only one side. Two transport rollers stabilize the film belt.

thicknessGAUGE sensor systems are used to measure the thickness of strip materials in-line. Several models with different sensor types, measuring ranges and measuring widths enable inline thickness measurements of different materials and surfaces. The systems uses two confocal distance sensors which detect the strip thickness with high precision. The sensors are precisely aligned to each other and factory-calibrated. By means of a linear axis, the thicknessGAUGE sensor systems can be moved to measure the thickness across the entire strip width. Their extremely compact design enables integration into confined spaces.

The DMD 331 is a differential pressure transmitter for industrial applications and is based on a piezoresistive stainless steel sensor, which can be pressurized on both sides with fluids or gases compatible with SST 1.4404 and 1.4435. The compact design allows an integration of the DMD 331 in machines and applications with limited space. The DMD 331 calculates the difference between the pressure on the positive and the negative side and converts it into a proportional electrical signal. The screw-in transmitter LMK 351 has been designed for measuring small system pressure and level measurement in container. The LMK 351 is based on an own-developed capacitive ceramic sensor element. Usage in viscous and pasty media is possible because of the flush mounted sensor. For the usage in aggressive media a pressure port in PVDF and the diaphragm in AI2O3 99.9 % is available. An intrinsically safe version complete the range of possibilities. CoSy generates both purely Doppler-free and purely Doppler-broadened absorption saturation spectra, which can be fed directly to appropriate stabilization electronics. CoSy can conveniently be used for top-of-fringe stabilization with a modulation technique (bandwidth 50 kHz .. 1 MHz). The CoSy module helps the customer save time and space in his experiment. The absorption cell of the Cosy is filled with Rb, Cs and K and serves as a frequency reference for Rb, Cs and K frequencies from a single device.

TOPTICA's iChrome CLE is a compact laser engine that combines four laser lines in one box. All integrated colors are provided via one polarization-maintaining single-mode fiber. It is available with 405, 488, 561 and 640 nm and more than 20 mW guaranteed output power after the fiber each. The system guarantees a plug & play installation since it includes TOPTICA's proprietary COOLAC automatic alignment technology.

TOPTICA’s frequency comb product line uses our proprietary CERO-technology which is based on Difference Frequency Generation (DFG). It is inherently fCEO-stable and combines high robustness, high-end performance and a convenient user-interface in a compact format. Frequency combs are used to measure absolute optical frequencies and to stabilize cw-lasers to specific frequencies, for example in order to drive transitions in cold atomic samples. Stabilization of Tunable Diode Lasers to a frequency comb is a reliable way forward to deal with the rising complexity of optical quantum technology applications.

Pulsed terahertz generation with leading-edge technology: InGaAs antennas provide about 30 µW power and a bandwidth of 6 THz. The emitter and detector modules, developed by Fraunhofer Heinrich-Hertz Institute (Berlin/Germany), feature a strip-line and a dipole antenna, respectively, and are packaged with a Silicon lens and SM/PM fiber. Predictive maintenance needs measured data to the greatest possible precision. On components with moving or rotating parts, the relevant measuring points (e. g. temperature of an electric motor’s rotor or planetary gearbox bearing) sometimes cannot be accessed with wired sensors. Accordingly, the data needed for condition monitoring can be obtained only with complex calculations and estimates. However, precise and reliable measured data are obtained only when a sensor is placed directly on the moving part. For requirements of this kind we have developed NORIFID, a simple, cost effective measuring system that is based on established technologies, supplies wirelessly power by induction to a sensor on a moving part, and transmits the measured data via RFID to a fixed receiver.

The ESX-3CM is a compact, robust and efficient control unit. In addition to the ESX-3CS, an ESX-3CM (C = Compact, M=Medium) rounds off the third generation of ESX control units. The “C” stands for “Compact” and indicates that all pins are fixed assigned prior to the hardware definition. The functions of these pins can be defined in more detail using software. Both control units are also suitable for safety-oriented applications up to Performance Level PL d or Safety Integrity Level SIL 2, and are based on a common architectural concept: The robust aluminum die cast housing with automotive plug-in connectors contains a fast 32-bit microcontroller with four MB Flash and eight MB SRAM, up to four CAN interfaces, one serial interface and several LEDs.
