CR chains can be used for all applications where chains need to remain flexible despite corrosive environments or must not rust for hygienic or visual reasons. Lubrication of CR chains is recommended. VIBGUARD IIoT offers a choice of 12, 16 or 20 measuring channels which are sampled in parallel and synchronously. This allows even the most complex equipment to be continuously monitored and protected against unplanned shutdowns. VIBGUARD IIoT works autonomously and performs the measurement tasks automatically. The measurement data such as time signal, characteristic value, FFT spectrum, kinetic wave path (orbits), or torque are processed in parallel and almost in real time and can be correlated with the running production process. The fast data processing makes VIBGUARD IIoT the perfect monitoring and diagnostic system for systems with short operating cycles, such as cranes, machine tools, presses, or for machines with highly dynamic processes, such as test benches, wind turbines or chain conveyors. All critical fans and pumps can also be monitored easily but effectively with VIBGUARD IIoT.

MEGAlife maintenance-free roller and conveyor chains can be used in all areas where relubrication is difficult or impossible. These include dry environments and applications where maintenance access is difficult. MEGAlife chains have nickel-plated parts and are therefore corrosion resistant and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +160°C. Depending on the application, the maintenance-free chains are supplied either dry or with additional special lubrication.

iwis side bow chains are generally used as conveyor or drag chains in applications that require curved tracks. The chains may have different bow radii. As a rule, the pin diameter of these chains is smaller, but conical pins or bi-conical bushes are also a possibility.
