The capaNCDT DT61x0/IP is an industrial-grade, capacitive sensor system for displacement, distance and position measurements. Consisting of a sensor, a sensor cable and a controller, the measuring system is ready for use without any on-site calibration. Due to its very good temperature stability, immunity to magnetic fields and robust design that is protected to IP68, the capaNCDT DT61x0/IP is used for industrial measurement tasks such as air gap measurement in generators and regulation of plant and machinery.

Like the slightly less powerful MA series, it is guaranteed absolutely exhaust-free hot air. In addition, the units can be operated not only with oil, but are also approved for gas operation. The operating mode can be flexibly adapted to the conditions on site. Thus, the devices can be used in all areas. Hot air hose systems can also be connected without any problems thanks to the high-performance radial fans. Consequently, effective heating from outside is also possible without any problems. The recirculation module ensures efficient and economical operation. The oil burner blowers are made of high-quality materials by renowned manufacturers. They work so efficiently that 93% of the energy can be converted into heat.

With the Levi RollToRoll-Transport Lines it is possible to lift, redirect and transport sensitive and flexible glass, foils and packaging. Our technology generates a thin air film between the substrate and the surface of the roll, which allows the contactless roll-to-roll transport of workpieces. Therefore, micro-scratches and contamination can be prevented. The application can be delivered in different versions. For example, combinations with the UltraLevi-Desk for contactless transport are possible. The system also allows the inspection of substrates.
