Measurement of steam Much unused energy is wasted through the exhaust air during drying processes without appropriate control. The Ecomat AML optimises the heating energy required by monitoring charging of the exhaust air with water steam and controls this factor through the fan speed or the exhaust air vent control.

IFA Technology designs and implements the right exhaust air purification system for every pollutant. Exhaust air scrubbers are used for exhaust air purification of exhaust air streams from industrial processes loaded with harmful gas. These exhaust air purification systems work according to the principle of absorption and separate pollutants present in the exhaust air in the liquid phase. Depending on the substance, pollutants are either physically dissolved or chemically bound by the addition of lye and/or acid. We consider your individual requirements and build customised exhaust air purification systems for you. With the companies Wessel-Umwelttechnik and Airprotech we have competent partners within the Deurotech Group at our side to develop special and complex systems for exhaust air purification.

Optimizes finishing The Orthopac VMC is a modular process control system for textile refinement. It optimises drying or fixing processes as well as the processes all about the stenter. The system measures, logs and controls critical process parameters over the entire working width like temperature, dwell time, residual moisture, exhaust air moisture, thread density, basis weight and more. This increases quality while saving resources and energy. The modular design of the system allows its flexible adaptation to all applications. Both, standard requirements and highly customized demands are thus met. The system can also be integrated into an Orthopac straightening system. It thereby combines the functionality of a weft straightener with that of a process control system in one compact device.

We always consider all peripheral system equipment, such as water and media supply equipment, air supplies and exhaust systems, or specialized testing systems and associated documentation. Our systems are designed to provide the best possible energy and material efficiency.  

Like the slightly less powerful MA series, it is guaranteed absolutely exhaust-free hot air. In addition, the units can be operated not only with oil, but are also approved for gas operation. The operating mode can be flexibly adapted to the conditions on site. Thus, the devices can be used in all areas. Hot air hose systems can also be connected without any problems thanks to the high-performance radial fans. Consequently, effective heating from outside is also possible without any problems. The recirculation module ensures efficient and economical operation. The oil burner blowers are made of high-quality materials by renowned manufacturers. They work so efficiently that 93% of the energy can be converted into heat.

Kronseder KFT fresh exhaust air dryer in the form of an assembly set or in a sea container 15 m³ - 30 m³ The containers are built to standard dimensions. Length 6 m or 12 m. Hot water or electricity is offered as heating medium. The ventilation and heating system is installed in a tower construction. Appropriate inlet and outlet air flaps are provided for demoisturizing. The dryer can be used to dry simple types of wood, such as spruce and Douglas fir, and for heat treatment in compliance with IPPC.

The compact electrode housings of our treatment stations are used for the reliable extraction of the ozone created by the corona treatment. Exhaust monitoring is an integral part of all corona stations and ensures that a corona discharge can not be activated without suction. The ozone is extracted by a pipe work and discharged to a safe height into the external atmosphere. To reduce the ozone load of the ambient air and comply with local environmental and health and safety regulations the extracted air can be passed directly into an ozone catalyser. Our ozone catalyser is a high performance filter unit designed specifically for ozone destruction in Corona treatment. Since ozone is extremely corrosive, all materials and seals used are corrosion resistant. The housing and all internals are made from corrosion resistant stainless steel. For reliable treatment of the exhaust air, three filter stages are contained within the housing.
