The O-Rail linear system with rollers ensures the highest flexibility of configuration thanks to the original shape of the FXRG guide, the system basic component, featuring 3 raceways arranged at 90°, over which the R series rollers can run on any one of the 3 raceways. Using a single or multiple parallel guides allows users to achieve several combinations, able to meet all linear motion requirements. Most Winding Lines process one single coil (single-layer winding). There are however also applications where multiple layers are wound: With this process, the rewinding Coil Reel (Rewinder for short) reverses horizontally and orderly puts one layer beside the other, creating one long coil. This will make sense when narrow slit coil materials of small weight and – depending on their thickness – usually short running lengths would require frequent changeovers. Here, a layer-wound coil provides much longer productive time. The “elongation” by the way is done by butt-welding the coil strip ends. We offer this complete technology – including our own end-joining equipment and an adapted servo layering axis for the Rewinder. For thick strips we build vertical straighteners to correct the frequently occurring camber defect.

The multiple water quantity control system in modular design that is available in several versions fulfils not less than three requirements at the same time. It combines the advantages of the conventional water distributors, the impulse cooling systems and the continuously operating temperature control units while eliminating the disadvantages of each of these systems. The temperature control system disposes of up to 128 individually adjustable circuits and is suitable for the processing of polyolefins and technical thermoplastic materials. The 1+ connector consists of just two parts, the connector body and the pressure screw. The clamping ring is incorporated into the pressure screw. The thread and connecting sleeve are integrated inside in the connector body. They cannot be damaged and are thus protected against external effects. Further advantages: The connector is completely leak-proof when it is "hand-tight" and no tools are required. This significantly reduces assembly times. The pressure screw can also be tightened with a fork wrench so there is no gap between the connection and the connector body.
