The O-Rail linear system with rollers ensures the highest flexibility of configuration thanks to the original shape of the FXRG guide, the system basic component, featuring 3 raceways arranged at 90°, over which the R series rollers can run on any one of the 3 raceways. Using a single or multiple parallel guides allows users to achieve several combinations, able to meet all linear motion requirements. O-Rail has been designed as a versatile linear system, ideal for automated applications. It is an easy to assemble system, able to offer a smooth motion even on uneven surfaces.

The multiple water quantity control system in modular design that is available in several versions fulfils not less than three requirements at the same time. It combines the advantages of the conventional water distributors, the impulse cooling systems and the continuously operating temperature control units while eliminating the disadvantages of each of these systems. The temperature control system disposes of up to 128 individually adjustable circuits and is suitable for the processing of polyolefins and technical thermoplastic materials. In case of the basic execution (itd B) the requested flow rate is adjusted manually and is then monitored by a flow meter and presented digitally and graphically on the central display of the control unit. In the standard execution (itd R) the water quantity is individually set for each circuit at the central operating unit and - if necessary - is readjusted automatically via a water quantity regulation valve within adjustable limit values.

A multiple steam boiler plant from CERTUSS consists of several steam boilers connected in series plus the CVE supply unit. The CERTUSS steam generators interconnected in a steam system act respectively as the lead boiler for the base load or as the standby boiler for peak load periods. For steam outputs of up to 10,000 kg/h - High steam requirements are covered with a multiple steam boiler plant. Whether 2, 3, 4 or more combined boilers depends completely on your requirements for the steam supply. - The displays are effected on the touch screen of a selected steam generator. They can be called up at allocated workstations with all the operating functions.

The MRS-EXTRUDER from Gneuss is a multi rotation system that can be used for applications such as bottle to bottle recycling, thermoforming sheet, and PA degassing. Its compact, and robust layout utilizes multiple small extruder barrel integrated with "satellite"screws that rotates at the opposite direction as it enhances the surface exchange of the polymer melt.

The EMKA swing handle 1150 is designed fro single point or multiple point locking systems. It features two locking options. Option 1 releases using a round cylinder while the combination lock is remained untouched.
