The sample containers sterile are sterilised by irradiation and correspond to a sterility assurance level Sterile SAL 10-3 (according to ISO 11137) inside. The handy and universally applicable sample jar is easy to fill, smooth-walled and free of undercuts, therefore it can be emptied completely. It is an excellent universal container for all liquid and solid contents. The attached lid of the sample container can be opened with one hand and fixed at a 90° angle. This leaves the other hand free to take samples. Liquid/condensate in the lid runs into a collecting channel integrated in the lid, nothing is lost, nothing can drip off. The sample boxes are closed while hot during production. Due to this process, the sample boxes close absolutely tightly, as the lid and box adapt optimally during the cooling process. The sample container made of PP is highly transparent, the contents of the container can be easily recognised.

For precise measuring, excess medium is stripped off the upper edge of the spoon. The content volume is engraved on the handle. The flat front edge of the volumetric spoon is ideal for picking up medium from the bottom of the container or for getting into the corners of the container, thus allowing for good emptying of small remaining amounts. The flat base makes it possible to set the volumetric spoon down without spilling the content. The disposable dosing spoon is suitable for use as a sample spoon for taking small sample quantities.

The sampling set SteriPlast® Kit consists of ten sample spatulas or ten sample scoops and ten SteriBag Premium tamper-proof sample bags. Thus the SteriPlast® Kit is the ideal combination for sampling where purity and sterility is essential. All parts are sterilised by gamma rays and suitable for use with foodstuffs. The scoops or spatulas are clean room manufactured and individually packed. The sample bag SteriBag Premium has an integrated sealing and is liquid-tight. A unique tracking code on both the bag and the tear-off field guarantees complete documentation and traceability. The SteriPlast® scraper, made of polystyrene, is produced in our class 7 clean room (10,000), individually packaged for disposable use and then sterilised by gamma rays. Sturdy and convenient scraper for disposable use. The scraper is suitable for scraping off, smoothing or cleaning as well as removing residue.

The spoon spatula is a double spatula with a 0.5 ml spoon and a 17 mm spatula blade, total length 178 mm. The innovative PurWipe® N2 cleanroom nonwoven wipe consists of a polyester-polyamide-microfiber material. The ultrafine microfibers ensure good fluid absorbency as well as a high cleaning ability and optimal removal of tiny particles on all types of surfaces. Thanks to its superior tear resistance and fully synthetic material, the N2 wipe is ideally suited for a broad range of applications.
