Spring isolators can be used for source and sender vibration isolation. The springs are manufactured of a special spring steel wire and KTL coated. Every spring isolator can be provided with an additional damping cushion of stainless-steel. Elemente with a frequency range between 3-4 Hz can be provided with a viscous damping, too. Spring isolators with a natural frequency range of 3-5 or 4-6 Hz are especially made for higher forces. They can be expanded in size and load-capacity without any difficulty. Open wire heating elements are the best solution for air heating when used in fans. Because of our longlasting experience in this field, we can offer you a series construction in most cases. To use our open wire or coil heating elements in air, the installation of a cut-out is necessary (heat accumulation). The connection is done by a plug at the element (Faston 4,8 or 6,3) or by a cord set. Our extended range of air heater variants comprises: -> Heaters for Laundry Dryers (series & spare parts types) -> Heaters for Cross Flow Fan -> Heaters for Powerful Radial Blowers -> Heating Crosses & Special Designs Various special designs for airflow heating, deploying heater spirals on insulating mica support, are available. They are required when the available space for installation is limited and defined geometrical air ducts do not exist. All special open wire heaters are individual designs, i.e. custom-made.

Interior brushes are particularly suitable for deburring recesses and holes in O-rings and for cleaning, smoothing and derusting. They are used in conjunction with drilling machines, flexible shafts and machining centres.The particular purposes of tube cleaning brushes are to derust, clean and descale the insides of tubes. They are used for manual processing and in flexible shafts and static machines. Alphahon brushes are elastic, flexible brushing tools. At the bristle tips they hold globules made from bonded abrasives. This special construction enables the tools to deburr cross-holes and also to improve adherence of lubricants. Special types with flat pressed wire can be supplied to order.

The K and MK draw-wire sensors are specially designed for series applications with large numbers of pieces. The user benefits from an excellent price/performance ratio and compact sensor dimensions, therefore gaining new potential in design and cost optimization. As well as analog versions with potentiometer, current or voltage output, digital versions with incremental or absolute encoders are available.

Technical data The AM 03 is an electropneumatic, modular stripper-crimper for rapid and reliable processing of loose male and female contacts. The contacts are automatically fed by a feeding bowl. The adjustments of the stripping and crimping depth is motoric. 50 different programs can be stored. Adjustments and programming is done with the touch display. It allows quick and reliable processing of loose insulated Z+F ferrules for cross-sections from 0.5mm2 up to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 20 – 14) with a crimping length of 8 mm. Insulated Z+F ferrules for tri-rated wires (special size “S“) can also be processed.

Technical information The AI 01 E is a stripping machine driven by an electric motor. Exact stripping of different insulated wires up to an outer diameter of 5 mm is possible. Adjustments are very easy to handle with an adjustmend knob. In addition a special funnel to infeed thin wires is also delivered. Special: An integrated battery allows up to 10,000 working cycles when fully charged and without external power supply.

Due to the 24° taper (with o-rings) located on the fitting body itself, STAUFF Connect Tube Fittings with 24° Taper / O-Ring (DKO) represent a logical further development of traditionally available adjustable standpipe tube fittings with factory-assembled cutting rings and union nuts. Coated and un-coated manufactured special cables and wires made from a variety of raw materials can be used in various safety, control and attenuator elements in automotive engineering. We stock a wide, extremely varied, range of connection components in a variety of designs, sizes and materials, such as brass, tinplated copper, aluminium and stainless steel. Our products are made to customer specifications, in order to best meet their requirements (including breaking strength, elongation, flexing properties, corrosion resistance, DC resistance, low twist and low tension design, workability). Our manufacturing processes are permanently monitored and secured using appropriate procedures. As standard, we use both galvanised and stainless steel wire in accordance with DIN EN 10 264 with nominal strength of over 3000 Mpa with adequate ductility. We also use the non-corroding materials 1.4301 (AISI 304), 1.4310 (AISI 301) and 1.4401 (AISI 316) as standard.
