Elastomer sleeves are available on request for Franke LSA slim bearings. They are used for tolerance compensation and for vibration decoupling. The smooth running can be significantly increased by an elastomer sleeve. Elastomer sleeves for the LSA 6/8 also offer additional sealing of the bearing due to the overlapping of the edges. Elastomer sleeves for Franke slim bearings are available from stock. They can be ordered when you buy a slim bearing and are then included in the delivery. For series production, elastomer sleeves are available by the meter for self-cutting. We recommend gluing the ends with cyanoacrylate glue (e.g. Loctite 406). The use of the elastomer sleeve slightly reduces the stiffness and accuracy of the bearing. The basic static load rating of the bearing also decreases slightly. We would be happy to advise you on the design and construction.

Hydraulic pull-in device for mounting bearings max. pulling force 100 kN, stroke up to 200 mm, horizontal design Application The bearing press is suitable for the simple mounting of bearings, plain bearings or sleeves/bushings by hydraulically pulling them into the bearing seat. Guided on a knuckle boom crane with a balancer (not included in the delivery), the bearing press can be used ergonomically anywhere and can also be mounted on a trolley. The pullin cylinder can be used either from the right or left by converting the hydraulic cylinder. The device is operated by means of a twohand control.

The agitator is screwed into the bung hole. We do offer one drive especially adapted for low viscous media and one drive especially adapted for medium viscous media of up to 1,000 mPas. The agitator shaft is connected to a bearing shaft within the drum mixer housing by means of a sleeve coupling. This bearing shaft is connected to the drive shaft. Folding propellers are used as agitator elements, which can be inserted into the drum through the 2” bung hole when being folded. As a mobile mixer, the FRP can be delivered as a turn-key machine with a service kit for the lubrication of the compressed air and a noise muffler.

The model TNZ ZCAK is a TNZ ZCA coupling with limited end float. The limitation of the end float serves to axially locate a shaft that is mounted on sleeve bearings. The rotor of an electric motor with sleeve bearings can thus be aligned within a desired tolerance range via the coupling to the bearing of the driven machine so that the rotor remains at its magnetic centre during acceleration of the driving machine. The limitation of the end float constrains the ability to compensate for angular and radial shaft misalignments. One of the most popular SEPA EUROPE fans is the axial fan with the dimensions 40x40x10 mm and the popular Magfix® sleeve bearing. This year it underwent complete revision and further development. The new fan generation is known as the LF40P and with the same external dimensions is installed in the same way as the previous model. The new and currently unique rotor geometry is obvious at first sight. It is completely different from the previous shape and layout. Thanks to the distinctive rotor blade with a cut, either a clear noise reduction can be achieved at the same speed or the same noise level as previous generations with 25% more air performance. The current model is equipped with the SEPA MagFix® bearing and PWM input with which the speed can be set to meet the necessary requirements. The LF40P is an excellent example for the permanent further development of products at SEPA EUROPE.

The fan and cooling specialist SEPA EUROPE has now added three further models to its slimline radial fan series. The latest additions impress with their compact dimensions of 38 x 40 x 5 mm, 54 x 52 x 6 mm and 45 x 45 x 4 mm and have more than deserved the name „slimline“. All fans are equipped with the reliable Magfix sleeve bearings and have a service life of 210 000 h (MTBF) and 40 000 h /L10) at 40 °C. The PWM input in combination with the tacho output enables the speed to be controlled and monitored. It is not obvious at first glance, but the Model HY45AB05PNK00A tops with a pressure of 143 Pa. Chip cooling with the aid of heat sinks usually requires a lot of space and is not only heavy but also expensive. The specialists at SEPA EUROPE have developed a chip cooler with minimum space requirements for compact designs. The core component of the compact cooler is the ultra-flat blower HY40H that is combined with a Kühligel® of pure aluminium. The special feature of the new cooling solution is its variability which means that the size and shape of the heat sink can be freely chosen. Users can thus assemble the cooler to optimally fulfil their requirements. With a thermal resistance of a mere 2.5 K/W, the new chip cooler withstands a power dissipation of up to 15 W and in doing so guarantees the operational safety of the entire embedded system. The blower is equipped with the highly durable Magfix® sleeve bearing and has an impressive service life expectancy of von 210 000 h (MTBF) at 40 °C.

The new super flat active chip cooler of the cooling specialist SEPA EUROPE is a convincing solution for applications in the embedded computing sector, in particular for single board computers. The HZ25B05 with its dimensions of 25x25x6.5 mm can be installed even in flat applications and ensures highly effective heat dissipation. The size of this super flat design is not its only advantage, but also its exceptionally low noise level. The heat sink is made of high-purity aluminium and has low thermal resistance. The integrated micro fan is also equipped with a special, highly durable MagFix® sleeve bearing designed for operating temperatures of up to 80°C. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the micro fan which is operated with a voltage of 5VDC, has a power input of only 0.3 W and a life expectancy of 400000 hours. The fan can also be equipped, if necessary, with a tacho output for monitoring the function. Both and the fan and the heat sink are available separately.

The significance of air quality measurements whether in industry, households or in vehicles is constantly increasing. Manufacturers therefore, should equip their applications with the optimal sensor fan and in this respect SEPA EUROPE is exactly the right partner! SEPA EUROPE has complemented its range of microfans with the radial fan HY20A with the dimensions of 20 x 20 x 6.3 mm. The air intake of the radial fan which is on one side is 2 l/min and with a sound pressure level of 5dB(A) at a distance of 1m, it is virtually inaudible. As is the case with all microfans, the HY20A is equipped with the reliable Magfix sleeve bearing and has a service life of 400 000 h (MTBF) or 50 000 h (L10) at 40°C. The tachometer output constantly monitors the speed at which the fan is running. The HY20A is also an interesting solution for the cooling of hot spots in embedded applications. This compact blower ensures that optimal use is made of limited installation space.

By mounting an axial fan, the effectiveness of the new Kühligel® can be increased considerably. Fanless solutions require a lot of space. They are heavy and expensive. For cooling with active coolers by SEPA EUROPE however, the new Kühligels are not only small and light but also extremely inexpensive. Thanks to intensive development work, SEPA EUROPE was able to construct a heat sink that enables fan mounting without extensive reworking using conventional screws. The choice of the suitable fan (size, sleeve or ball bearings, 5, 12, or 24 VDC, tacho, connector) enables the best possible combination that is required for the application in question. The fans used have a MTBF of up to 350000h (40°C) and thus meet the highest requirements. Thanks to its light weight, the Kühligel® can usually be mounted using double-sided adhesive heat conduction pads (TCTxx) or thermally conductive two-component adhesive (Hernon 746) which are both available from the SEPA EUROPE product range.

Axial needle cage assemblies Axial needle cage assemblies, composed of synthetic or metal axial cage assemblies with integrated needle rollers, have an extremely low overall height. They tolerate high axial forces acting in one direction, radial forces must be taken up separately. The deployment of axial needle cage assemblies requires that hardened and bevelled thrust surfaces may be used as raceways. Thrust bearing washers Thrust bearing washers are punched, hardened and polished and can be used as shaft or housing washers. These washers are appropriate when the adjoining machine part when not hardened, is rigid enough and of a stable form. Axial needle bearings Axial needle bearings are components made up of axial needle rollers and cage assemblies and axial washers with centring bore. They can be combined with needle sleeves, needle bushes and needle bearings. The thrust surface for the cage assembly must be hardened and bevelled. The product types AXK and K are applicable here

The ETx25 singleturn Hall effect encoder family is characterized by its high durability with over 100 million shaft revolutions and independent linearity up to +/- 0.3%. The rotary encoders measure angles contactless with a hardened and tempered sleeve bearing made of metal. The sensor technology offers a 10 times longer lifetime expectancy than conventional potentiometers. The sensor in the Ø25 mm housing with Ø6 mm or 6.35 mm (1/4 ") shaft diameter is fixed in the application by means of a central thread. ETx25F encoders are used for reliable angle measurement with a hardened and tempered sleeve bearing made of metal: as singleturn variant (360°) with analogue, PWM, incremental, SER or SPI output or as multiturn variant (up to 72000°) with analogue output. ETx25F can be used up to medium environmental requirements (from shaft side max. IP55M/IP66S).
