Series RH600 Twist-Lok™ Pins replace costly screw machined pins and eliminate problematic installation of screws and rivets. The helical knurl minimises stress during installation by rotating as it engages the hinge. Corrosion-resistant material and a rounded burr-free head improve installed appearance. Axial and radial forces induced in the hinge eliminate the tendency for the pin to creep and maintain hinge tension.

Install impact protection For screwing and riveting secutex impact protection with an internal perforated plate can be screwed or riveted in different ways. You can achieve universal impact protection in no time at all. For welding Welding is often the easiest and fastest way of fastening. The various protruding perforated sheet designs allow a very versatile use. For gluing If screwing or welding is not possible, the impact protection can be glued with the secutex special adhesive. Cutting and sawing The secutex material can be sawed with a conventional band saw. The material tries to avoid the cutting tool. Make sure that the wedge angle is as small as possible and adjust the cutting speed if necessary. Milling Use commercially available milling cutters with a small number of teeth. Circumferential speed approx. 200400 m / min, clearance angle ∂ 10 °, clamping angle y 25 °. The use of a drilling emulsion is recommended for cooling and surface optimization. Rotate

Anti-corrosion flexible one-sided self-adhesive butyl sealing strip, made of highly elastic, synthetic rubber (butyl) of soft rubber-like texture. It adheres reliably without heating. The butyl sealing strip is driven apart by the contact pressure, but due to its elasticity and plastic properties it penetrates into the smallest joints and unevenness and thus provides an optimum sealing. It can be drawn out to wafer-thin films by hand. Even high contact pressure level is not able to destroy the film. Non-ageing, UV-resistant, watertight, non-shrink, tight towards water vapour, seawater resistant. A sealant between metal, wood, plastics, organic glass and silicate glass with and among each other. It seals rivet and screw joints, flanged and folded connections. Sealing between metals prevents galvanic /electrolytical corrosion. Does not corrode Plexiglas, metal, wood, oil- and synthetic resin paints and does not contain any corroding ingredients.
