Rubber wheels and castors can be used for a wide range of applications. The elastic tread provides a high level of floor surface preservation and makes the equipment quiet when in motion. This makes it possible to achieve an excellent level of operational comfort, even on difficult floor surfaces.

The castors and wheels which are frequently used for medium loads are often capable of transporting heavy loads, albeit generally at the cost of operational comfort. The significant weight involved also tends to have a detrimental effect on the floor. Blickle’s premium rubber wheels and castors are designed for specific applications. In addition to ensuring good floor preservation, they are also easy to manoeuvre and provide a high level of operational comfort in their class.

Super-elastic solid rubber tyres are always used for heavy duty applications when transporting heavy loads across challenging surfaces. They are frequently used for agricultural equipment, transport units for large components, forklift trucks and cleaning and sweeping machines. Super-elastic solid rubber tyres are multi-component tyres which are resistant to a wide range of aggressive substances. They provide a high level of operational comfort, low noise levels and good floor preservation.

As the name indicates – the aluminium hub of the contact wheel FAPI-PA SMOOTH is coated with a smooth para rubber coating. While a coating height of 20 mm has established itself as the standard, the coating height is variable as desired. The smooth design of the contact wheel is suitable for the heaviest grinding and roughing. It is also attractive due to its long service life. Containers up to 32 t can be easily and inexpensively parked for loading and unloading or for intermediate storage. The standard version with stability up to wind force 7 can be moved on mounted solid rubber wheels. The particularly 'storm-proof' version with stability up to wind force 12 has an extended foot version and is transported either by forklift or a small auxiliary vehicle. The supports are designed in accordance with BGV D8 and can support a max. load of 11 t per support. To set down the container, the supports are attached to the lower ISO corners and locked.
