The incremental digital displays are used in combination with our high-precision displacement sensors 8738. The GasPro gas detector can be equipped with sensors for up to five gases with ATEX approval. The measuring wire ist fastened to the headstock or a special holding device, fed at the end of the base over a pulley and stretched tight with a weight (layout according to DIN 8606). The alignment tester must be placed on the carriage of the machine or a corresponding device, which can be moved in a longitudinal direction in predefined steps on the machine base. The measuring wire must be aligned in such a way that the same values are measured in the starting and end position of the carriage, i.e. that it is tensioned to form an imaginary connecting line parallel to these positions. When the wire is aligned to the bearing, the value display is set to zero. The straightness deviation can now be read directly on the display for each position when both parts of the image are fitted together by moving the microscope horizontally with the integrated micrometer spindle.

The GEMÜ 1235 electrical position indicator is suitable for mounting to pneumatically operated linear actuators. The position of the valve spindle is electronically detected and evaluated through play-free and non-positive mounting. TYP C 043/B Cutting, stamping and bending device for axial components Description To facilitate the placement of short axial leaded components that must be cut before insertion into the circuit board to the appropriate length and bent to the required height and - if necessary - marked. This axial taped components are processed in high- components. The machine type C 043 / B can be adjusted using the adjustment spindles cutting length and the embossing position. The PWT 101 is a testing device for the functional testing and adjustment of incremental and absolute HEIDENHAIN encoders. Thanks to its compact dimensions and sturdy design, the PWT 101 is ideal for portable use. Operation and visual display are performed on a 4.3-inch color flat-panel touchscreen. The PWT 101 supports a variety of functions depending on the encoder and the interface.
