The perforated metal planks, type BN-O33 “Noppe, offen” combines top and bottom pressed nubs with a hole diameter of 8 mm: This provides excellent stability and drain holes for a good drainage effect. In combination with the profile BN-O33vi for steps with vi-nosing or the closed profile BN-G33 it results in many applications and variations.

The perforated metal plank type BZ offers a high degree of slip resistance due to its serrated surface structure. For this reason, the BZ plank is especially suitable in those environments, where fats and oils are used.

The perforated metal planks, type BN-G33 “Noppe, geschlossen” has upwardly pressed closed nubs and provides a high slip resistance. BN-G33 is suitable for indoor in combination with BN-G33vi stairtreads. BN-G33 is suitable for areas where on the one hand a closed surface is desired and on the other hand a good accessibility must be guaranteed.

The perforated metal plank type BZ-GP has been developed from our approved planking type BZ-GP. Because of the homogeneous surface it is easy to negotiate. Furthermore the free cross section of 70 % makes a high light permeability and sprinkler suitability possible. Therefore the profile is particularly suitable for suspended ceilings. There is no need for sprinkler systems below the suspended ceiling. Due to the high point loads, additional planking during the assembly or later is not necessary. Thus, an ideal smoke funnel, sprinkler suitability and efficiency are guaranteed.

The perforated metal plank type BN-OP5 “Noppe, offen plus, 5mm“ was especially developed for pedestrian areas with „High Heel Proof“ requirements. The bothsided punched holes have a diameter of 5mm. The punching sequence corresponds to BN-OP7. This type of planking offers high slip resistance and also allows ladies in stiletto heels to walk safely on the gratings. Due to the small hole configuration it is difficult to see through from underneath, which is important in public access areas. The perforated metal plank type BN-OP8, corresponds to type BN-OP5 in terms of the punching pattern, but have twice the number of holes. The drain holes have a diameter of 8 mm and thereby increase the drainage performance and light and air permeability..

The perforated metal plank BZ-Gv “Zahn, groß, verkehrt” offers a free cross section of at least 70%. It is therefore suitable for use in intermediate levels. Through the use of BZ-Gv profiles, the there is no need for a sprinkler system below these intermediate levels. Optimal flue exhaust and sprinkler suitability are thus guaranteed.

Perforated metal planks, type BP-oN is very interesting for shelving areas, due to the smooth surface without holes or nobs. The type BP-oN is especially interesting for cantilever rackings based on its wide free span.

Perforated metal planks, type BP “parallel”, are characterised by their smooth line profiling and high loading capacity. For this reason this type is frequently used when large areas have to be covered in industrial areas and where stringent demands are made on load bearing capacity. This type can also be supplied without holes and is therefore ideal for use in the shelving construction sector.

The perforated metal plank type BR is particularly suitable for areas of heavy loads on small contact areas due to its rhomb profile with extra high punching (punched holes 2.5 mm). Here, for example, vehicle navigability on ramps or parking areas are to be considered.

With perforated metal planks, type BN-O “Noppe, offen“ the bothsided punched holes have a diameter 8 mm and allows an excellent standing stability. Furthermore the drain holes exhibit good drainage. The BN-O grating guarantees a high stability for normal pedestrian traffic.

The surface of the perforated metal plank, type BN-GA is a mix of closed punched nobs facing upwards and conical drain holes facing downwards. This means that the grating does not have any sharp edges on top and can be walked on easily even without footwear. At the same time, however, any liquids can be quickly drained through the conical drain holes so that no hydroplaning can occur.

The perforated metal planks, type BN-G “Noppe, geschlossen”, the punched nobs pressed upwards are closed and offer high slip resistance. BN-G gratings are often used in indoor environments and there, where, on the one hand, a closed surface is desired and on the other, good accessibility must be ensured.
