The standard version is universally usable, but in special cases the light version can offer additional advantages.The light version is suitable for tight installation conditions and is also easier to fit in nonsplit grooves.This version reduces the friction. The low compression reserve with a negative effect on large tolerances must be considered.

By a highly intensive cooling, which is integrated in the crank casing a continous running at max 10 bar is ensured. In comparison with other compressed air compressors the big filter surface of the suction filter with 10 µ guarantees a long lifetime and an optimal suction behaviour. Rotating Piston Absorbers are displacement absorbers using hydraulic flow resistance. They are used to damp rotational vibrations, e.g. absorbers for ropeway cabins (see VDIRichtlinie VDI 3833 German Association of Engineers, sheet 1). The design is customized. Due to different operating conditions, no standard design is possible. (see also VDIGuideline, VDI 3833 sheet 1)

Most spare parts can be delivered from our well stocked warehouse. If these are parts of older machines that are not available from stock, we will manufacture them ourselves in our machinery. Wear parts such as oil, filters and V-belts can also be supplied at any time.

With us, your rotary blowers are in the best hands. This applies to regular Maintenance work such as oil or filter changes, up to complete overhauls of your units, at our factory or at your site. Of course, we also carry out this work on rotary lobe blowers of other makes.

Our product range comprises thirteen series for maximum pressure ranges from - 450 mbar to + 1000 mbar and flow rates from 0.41 m³ / min to 260 m³ / min. The series differ in different lengths, by the piston profile (2 or 3-leaf), the conveying direction (horizontal or vertical) and the housing seal. This means that the right device can be designed for every application.

Cylinder with double piston rod as anti-rotation device against linear movement of the piston rod. Design based on ISO standard. Available sizes diameter: 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 mm.

The CQ series cylinders are manufactured according to ISO 15552 and have diameters between 160 and 250 mm. Standard version in single / double-acting, with magnetic piston and adjustable cushioning. A complete range of accessories for mounting and position sensing is available.
