Due to the three-blade piston profile and the optimized housing shape, the 3RV Series fans are characterized by their high efficiency, low noise level and compact dimensions. The massive pistons cause a very quiet run of the blower.

These two-blade rotary blowers work on the Roots principle. They ensure the oil-free transport of air and almost all technical gases.

Most spare parts can be delivered from our well stocked warehouse. If these are parts of older machines that are not available from stock, we will manufacture them ourselves in our machinery. Wear parts such as oil, filters and V-belts can also be supplied at any time.

With us, your rotary blowers are in the best hands. This applies to regular Maintenance work such as oil or filter changes, up to complete overhauls of your units, at our factory or at your site. Of course, we also carry out this work on rotary lobe blowers of other makes.

Our product range comprises thirteen series for maximum pressure ranges from - 450 mbar to + 1000 mbar and flow rates from 0.41 m³ / min to 260 m³ / min. The series differ in different lengths, by the piston profile (2 or 3-leaf), the conveying direction (horizontal or vertical) and the housing seal. This means that the right device can be designed for every application.

Self-Compensating, Piston Tube Technology Energy capacity 16 Nm/cycle Stroke 10 mm Soft damping, but enormous capacity: The range of 'soft contact' absorbers SC²25 to 190 extends from thread size M10 to M14 and covers effective weight ranges of 1 kg to 1,550 kg. All models are characterised by high energy absorption and they also unite the piston tube technology with the diaphragm seal perfected by ACE. This enables direct installation as end position damping in pneumatic cylinders at 5 to 7 bar or applications where deceleration needs to take placed close to the pivot point. They are maintenance-free, have an integrated positive stop and are mountable in any position. The option of a side load adapter allows impact angles of up to 25°. Thanks to their robust design and their durability, these miniature shock absorbers can be used for a wide range of applications. Designers mainly use them for pick and place systems, pneumatic rotary modules and in automation applications.

The increase of the oil volume ensures the maximum braking forces. Short stroke lengths of 25 to 50 mm lead to shorter braking times in combination with a high energy absorption. These dampers safely and reliably decelerate rotary movements without unwanted recoil effects. Assembly close to the pivot point is possible. The low impact speeds with this are managed with ease by ACE's generation of piston tubes.
