Our inline filter is intended for pipeline installation. It is small, compact and low cost. It is easy to replace under practical conditions and can be subsequently retrofitted with no problems. They are also suitable for a variety of applications in different sizes and materials.

The coalescence cartridge filter are compact, economical and versatile available either as a particle or as a coalescence filter. They are easy to use and filter changes can be made quickly. The cartridge filters are fitted with an internal thread and are also available with a shut-off or drain feature.

INOX intensive particle filter rinsing removes all soot residues and soiling in the particle filter. The rinsing liquid cleans gently and can safely be used on aluminum, magnesium, zinc and cadmium parts. The product is ideally suited for the latest generation of particle filters and is therefore suitable for all diesel particle filters. It is easily biodegradable and has significant cost advantages compared to installing a new filter!

INOX high-performance diesel particle filter cleaner is the most economical way of maintaining and cleaning particle filters! It can be used in all diesel engines and can be mixed with all diesel fuels whereby the filter is cleaned while the vehicle is in motion. With high-quality filter tubes and PTFE diaphragms. Paint dust filters Wet painting also results in overspray. Overspray is the solid portion of the paint that is not taken up by the workpiece. According to the purpose of use, the overspray is moist and sticky immediately after release. It is captured by the exhaust air stream in the spray booth and fed to a filter. This can be, for example, a baffle plate filter, paper filter, fleece filter, glass fibre filter or also combinations of these. The adhesive effect causes the paint particles to adhere to the contact surfaces of the respective filter medium, as a result of which a good degree of separation is achieved. However, all these filters are storage filters, i.e. the filters clog up more and more during operation and cannot be regenerated. A filter exchange becomes necessary if the exhaust air rate of the spray booth falls below the minimum. This can be very time-consuming under certain circumstances and the work process must be interrupted in order to do it. To make things worse, not only must the filtered and bound paint residues be disposed of, but also the actual filter materials. Such tooling times are not justifiable for automatic, continuous or multi-layer painting processes. Continuous procedures such as automatically cleaned filters are likewise required for this. The humidity and the adhesiveness of the particles to be filtered are thereby the problem. In order to solve this problem, the paint particles should be relieved of their adhesive capability as far as possible whilst still inside the paint booth. Our patented ‘RTS-Rotation’ system is outstandingly well suited for this. The system is comprised of slowly rotating brush rollers, which take up the adhesive paint particles on the surface of the bristles and allow them to dry there. The bristles are automatically regenerated at pre-specified time intervals by combing devices that swing in at the rear of the brush rollers. The dislodged paint residues can then be removed and disposed of either manually during work breaks or automatically during operation. The degree of separation of this system is, however, insufficient to satisfy the environmental protection requirements concerning residual dust content in the exhaust air. A further filter stage is necessary for that. It must be assumed that the paint particles arriving here are to a certain extent still damp and sticky. For this we use special paint dust filters with high-quality filter tubes with PTFE diaphragms. If necessary, precoating agents (auxiliary dust) are used in order to neutralise the adhesive capability of the particles and to keep the dust layer on the filter elements permeable to air. The precoating agent is injected into the raw air pipe by means of special dosing units. The filter tubes are cleaned by means of compressed air impulse cleaning. The use of this technology requires special know-how. We have had the appropriate experience for almost ten years. The implemented plants have capacities ranging from 5,000 to 90,000 m³ /h. Because of the large number of different paint systems, individual experiments are usually necessary in our pilot plant in order to find the correct solution for the individual case.

The Effect Soot build-up in diesel particulate filters only burn without the use of an additive at a temperature of 500 to 600 °C. These values are not reached in normal operation. ERC CatClean works catalytically and reduces the ignition temperature of the soot to approx. 350 °C, and so continuous burn-off of soot is guaranteed even at low-load and correspondingly low temperatures. The Result ERC CatClean ensures a permanent, additive-supported regeneration of the diesel particulate filter during operation. Soot particles are continuously cleaned from the filter by direct burn-off without maintenance, downtimes, or problems. ERC CatClean is suitable for every filter material and does not change the diesel quality. The tube filter is a compact, economical and versatile filter available either as a particle filter or as a coalescence filter. It is easy to use and filter changes can be made quickly. It is fitted with an female thread and is also available with a shut-off or drain feature. In the COMPACT version, the tube filter is already equipped with integrated flexible tube connectors.

Operating principle With this type of scrubber, coarser solid particles and fibres are filtered out of the exhaust air. The DLP (Dust Low Pressure) scrubber from WesselUmwelttechnik has a number of advantages. In addition to a long operating period, this wet dust collector system scores with a constant separation performance. Wessel uses only highquality materials to manufacture scrubbers. This results in a high chemical resistance. Thanks to automatic monitoring of the process parameters during operation, the highest possible operational reliability is guaranteed. The system reacts automatically to changes in the inlet conditions. All in all, the DLP wet scrubber is easily operable due to the practiceoptimised control system. The power consumption is comparatively low due to low pressure losses. Typical areas of application The DLP scrubber is used, among other things, in connection with the Wessel BIOCAT scrubber, which is used for biological exhaust air cleaning.

Beer loss and oxygen intake are reduced to an absolute minimum, making the SCHULZ filtration system attractive even for small-scale brewers. A continuous dosage of filtering aids (cellulose and/or perlite) ensures that the permeability of the candle and flexibility with fluctuations in the filter inlet are maintained. Furthermore, the use of a downstream particle filter is rendered obsolete thanks to special depth filter cartridges. For operating batches of more than 10,000 hl, the service life of the filter can be increased, as is shown in the unit pictured here, by a separator and adjoining buffer tank. To improve the filtration performance, the innovative filter solution FIBALON®skimmy is recommended. FIBALON®skimmy consists of a fiber combination of different polymer fibers with specially designed surface structures and different fiber cross-sections. The developed dynamic fiber fixation Dyfix® guarantees a high particle retention rate and a deep penetration of particles into the filter media bed. Due to the unique fiber combination, FIBALON®skimmy retains finer particles than the skimmer basket. This relieves the entire filter system in addition. She spherical shape guarantees the optimal adaption to all skimmer sizes up to 25cm (9,84 inch) diameter. The spherical shape of the innovative FIBALON® filter material remains even with complete loading. The special net ensures an optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON® filter elements. Moreover, the net acts as protective shield. The welding seams, as well as the mesh are extremely resistant to chemicals and chlorine.

Gas Filters WITT gas filters allow the reliable filtration of the finest dirt particles in gases. Depending on the respective version, the gas filters can filter out particles from 3 to 40 micron and extend the service life of downstream equipment. The WITT gas filters provide high flow rates and multiple connections. WITT gas filters can be used for many technical gases. The gas filters – with or without condensation outlet – are designed for installation in pipelines or at outlet points. Gas filters can be changed while installed.

The deliberately chosen spherical shape maximizes the filter medias surface area. The interior of the fibrous ball consists of a slightly denser core and a softer wrap. The balls nestle together to form a consistent filter bed. We developed also the fiber fixation DyFix® which yields an unusually high particle retention rate and deep penetration of particles into the filter media bed to provide excellent filtration results. FIBALON®compact is the ideal replacement for smaller cartridges in Whirlpools, SPAs, Jacuzzis and for set-up pools. It is easier to clean and more long living than cartridges. Even the filtration is better than common filters.

FIBALON®3D offers you excellent filter performance for all common swimming pool filters. Only 350 grams of it replace 25 kilograms of filter sand or 20 kilograms of filter glass. FIBALON®3D filters particles down to 8 microns and due to its fiber fixation, it filters nearly pressure-less. Additional it is made out of recycled PET-bottles.
